Totally plc (AIM:TLY), the provider of a range of out-of-hospital services to the healthcare sector in the UK, was informed on 15 February 2019 that Mr John Harrison and Mr Michael Harrison each sold 2,868,977 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 14 February 2019. The 5,737,954 Ordinary Shares represent 9.60% of Totally's issued share capital and were sold at a price of 12.5 pence per Ordinary Share to a number of new and existing institutional shareholders. Following this sale, Mr John Harrison and Mr Michael Harrison, the two principal vendors of Vocare Limited ("Vocare"), no longer hold any Ordinary Shares in Totally.
