Also listened to BH on the podcast - what a sensible guy to have as Chairman - he is really hands on and am sure he will be pushing Wendy and her team to maximise relationships with NHS.

Given their financial performance and cash available, the dividend is nailed on this year that's one of the reasons why we are seeing so much institutional /fund activity.
They will want to also get on board before the price becomes too high as well - so not much time to hang around given the results will be announced in July.

Hugo, absolutely

from the company rns:

EBITDA ~£3.5m-£4m - AHEAD of expectations of £3.4m
Revenue ~£100m-£120m, below expectations of £120m
Cash: £8.9m

paying dividends (if they decide to declare a final, depending on feelings around covid19 and supporting the NHS.)

Mcap=£35m

There is no doubt that investment funds are happy to invest in Totally as BH has made it clear that the company understands how important to shareholders the dividend payment is. Given the range of other businesses at present who are deferring, cutting or cancelling their dividend due to Covid19 we should expect further investors to come on board over the coming weeks as we come close to the final results and and understanding that our revenue stream is looking healthy moving forward.

graham/Porky,

excellent finds...

TLY is certainly gaining exposure... Bob Holt has a lot of respect in the city and Wendy within the NHS with her years of experience within healthcare.

They know how to spot opportunities and gain investors. Hence why the share price movements never bothered me.

Just reading up on some stuff. They reckon around 43 million operations would be cancelled around the world due to Covid 19.

Rough figures just to catch up in the UK.

For example, based on an average cost of £4,000 per operation, it would cost over £2 billion to clear the United Kingdom's backlog.

graham,

Agree, THC should get extremely busy helping catch up with cancelled non urgent operations in UK & Ireland.
They made £750k in just 3 months, which for a new subsidiary, started in Oct 2019, is great.

If they resume soon, then there should be around 9 months of contribution for fy2021.

For those who haven't listened to it yet, worth listening to Wendy Lawrence's, CEO, latest interview

Wendy Lawrence - CEO

and Bob Holt, the chairman..
Inner Circle Boardrooms - Bob Holt - Chairman

From their TU:

EBITDA £3.5m-£4m - AHEAD of expectations of £3.4m
Revenue £100m-£120m, below expectations of £120m
Cash: £8.9m

paying dividends (Paid an interim dividend. if they decide to declare a final, depending on feelings around covid19 and supporting the NHS.)

Totally healthcare are going to get extremely busy for the foreseeable future as non urgent operations begin.

Local healthcare systems and individual providers have already started planning for this. A key objective in executing these plans must be to minimise the transmission of COVID-19 infection within hospitals, also referred to as hospital-onset infection or nosocomial transmission.
