Yes apart from buywell's pathetic contributions this is overall one of the better threads. I am going to buy some more on Monday morning. Anyone else going to join me? And I have to admit I trimmed a few at 22p ish at the beginning of last week thinking the markets were due a big slump. So although my trading here has been very good overall, I don't get it right all of the time!

Owenski, I’ve just joined up as I’m a newbie and I’m building a small portfolio. I’m no big boy. I hope that others will think that what I posted was balanced and neither pumping nor trashing.

I agree re the chart Nobby, and I’m equally hopeful. However I’m not convinced that the integration is as complete as we’re led to believe. Vocare and Greenbrook still two different entities if you look at companies house.

Superb interview. Seems like we are guaranteed good results and further growth. I don't think we can ask more than that. It seems to me the rerating should continue apace here.

Just look at that chart.....a thing of beauty! And it's been well over a year since the acquisition so Greenbrook is well and truly integrated. There is nothing to be concerned about....

Anley/Sikh, A very large number of the clinical workforce - a significant majority - in the urgent care division work elsewhere in the NHS. Most are sessional workers, so work in different services whether they be for Totally or for NHS trusts. On a separate note - and I’m a shareholder, not a naysayer - we need to be alert to the fact that most of the key Greenbrook executives have left in the past 6 months. CEO, COO, medical director, nursing director. I’m concerned that Wendy and team are not managing the transition well. Does anyone have any info or thoughts on the urgent care division?

anley "For Totally to grow it needs staff SO it looks to me that the company needs to attract good quality staff from people who are dissatisfied in working for the NHS?" That's simply not the case. Many healthcare workers work both for NHS and Private. Regardless of whether those staff are consultants, physiotherapists, working in Urgent Care, Insourcing, or Planned Care.

Staffing does not seem to have been a problem to date. In respect of gilt-edged pensions and security of tenure, there is a massive pool of retired NHS doctors who would be very happy to enter the pruivate sector (and with a nice pension behind them...they could lower their hours of work possibly for the same income. Retirement at 60 still makes you be young (and skilled).

You are welcome to disagree with me, anley, but I don't see how your point makes this distinct. Your initial comment was that TLY will need additional staff to support its growth and it needs to attract staff dissatisfied with the NHS. My response was that TLY is more about being a provider of services than a refuge for dissatisfied employees elsewhere, and that they haven't had any issue (AFAIK) in getting staff to support their contracts as and when they need them. You then came back with a statement that implies that because you have worked in the service sector, you know what you are talking about. Working for TLY make look attractive but it will only be worthwhile for those NHS workers less concerned about losing gilt-edged pensions and security of tenure.

Forgot to say, in addition to VOX, also one of MIchael Taylor's three "trading the trend" trades for 2021 in his final column for Stockopedia.

Coverage increasing. Wendy on Vox podcast today: hTTps://www.voxmarkets.co.uk/articles/totally-plc-paul-hill-on-stocks-to-follow-and-russ-mould-on-the-markets-vs-the-economy-5894f3a/Snippets - "6-12 month extensions, generally 12." Waiting lists up, great demand on insourcing. Insourcing has continued even now (contrast to former lockdowns) with pressure on insourcing to "grow and grow and grow"

LONGSHANKS....may I disagree on the basis that I to have been in the service sector and if we take the NHS there may be good people who would like to work for "private" sector because they decided that they had better prospects for promotion and earnings. There are 3 segments to the TLY Business Plan and although Covid has got in the way the growth prospects over the next few years are, in my view point to a very profitable and rewarding investment either as an investor or working for Totally. Someone has cleaned out @ 23p.

I like your enthusiasm hybrasil, but the upward trend is already clear if you look at the 200d moving average. I would characterise the current position as being on the verge of a spike to 40p

Totally is a service provider and is ONLY as good as its staff and how they perform. I don't think it is as simple as attracting people who are dissatisfied elsewhere, but more about providing quality peripheral services that enable NHS trusts to prioritise critical care. If they have the contracts, they will recruit the staff. No problem to date.
