Advice to Management

Although passed my training and got through consolidation, the training was only 2 weeks so was a bit rushed through.
You get 6 weeks training to sell products and services in top global company...this is people's lives and everything is condensed into 2 weeks. You dont get to listen into calls or see the live system till youve passed yr training which would have made a big difference in people's confidence initially.
