26/6/2018 09:30 | And there we have it. Cenkos just moved on the bid at 22.2p. | the big fella
26/6/2018 09:27 | Very important news that guys re St Mary's. Their business model is reliant on such performance. Well done Totally. | deltrotter
26/6/2018 09:23 | Wendy Lawrence on twitter:St Mary's care clinic's big improvements since blast from watchdog getwestlondon.co.uk/ | parob
26/6/2018 09:18 | An interesting point to note. Since I have been holding this share it has either been Cenkos or Cantors taking turns being on the offer pushing the price down. Today Cenkos is offering at 24p and Cantors 24.4p. It may mean nothing but on the other hand could mean the seller is at last cleared. If either moved on the bid that would be a clear sign IMHO. | the big fella
26/6/2018 08:48 | Added another 20K. Both bid and offer ticking up. Looks like we're climbing out of the second bottom. | parob
26/6/2018 08:26 | A few videos on YouTube are interesting by Wendy and Bob. Bob looks impressive, let's hope the results take everyone by surprise. I expect a bit of a loss but let's hope they clarify things and act as a catalyst to get this into the 30x and get beyond. Hopefully there will be plenty in the kitty after contract win cash. | barvin
25/6/2018 21:28 | Some news which indicates that Vocare are improving the services they offer since Totally took over. Also bodes well for winning new contracts. ==================== Urgent care clinic at St Mary's has made big improvements since criticism from watchdogs. St Mary's Urgent Care Centre in Paddington has been lifted out of special measures after improving from 'inadequate' rating. A 24-hour urgent care clinic in West London has been lifted out of special measures by the care watchdog, which noted it had achieved vast improvements after its services had been rated 'inadequate.' continues... | cottoner
25/6/2018 19:50 | Another 300K+ bought today. How many does this distressed seller have left? Their remaining line of stock will hopefully be absorbed soon, allowing the brakes to come off.A new large contract announcement would do the trick and create the volume needed to take the seller out. | parob
25/6/2018 19:07 | Nice buying today. It's painfully hard to get a good rise out value stocks atm. I also hold Mrs which is also worth £13 mil and it announced ebitda of £6.4 mil today and barely moved, maybe because of the staff placing but the moral of the market atm is 95% are only interested in big % rising stocks of the day for a quick buck and not many want great value but involves holding your stocks more than 30 minutes or a hour. Patience wins in this market or any market, most of these fast buck merchants will get wiped out this year chasing all these aim spikes. | dave4545
25/6/2018 16:11 | I think if the BoD can show that their strategy is working (so not if Vocare is 'currently' profitable but is heading towards profitability) then the share price should react by moving up strongly... Likewise, any suggestion that they their strategy is not working should have a detrimental affect... Positive outlook on the other subsidiaries as well as increased cross selling should also help... I'm adding as and when I can and will continue to do so - if the story changes then I will review... | sikhthetech
25/6/2018 09:00 | If Vocare is vaguely profitable then I completely agree. After all the company Is trading at about 0.15 times turnover at the moment! | nobbygnome
25/6/2018 08:57 | Cracking buy price IMO. If you can hold them more than 6 months I reckon you will double it at a minimum. | deltrotter
25/6/2018 08:48 | Added 2 X 25K blocks. Hopefully that's the 2nd bottom gone in! | parob
24/6/2018 19:51 | They starting tonight, lol | alamaison5
24/6/2018 19:29 | Dave, they are in a close period but that would not stop buy backs. The company can instruct their broker to buy shares independent of the company. | deltrotter
24/6/2018 18:24 | stt was a typo...but from what i have gleaned cash figure is lower as there were substantial payments to be made to creditors at vocare pots year end. you're right - 11 was year end. | savagedstock
24/6/2018 15:49 | Most urgent primary care services good or outstanding, says CQC "‘Well-resourc | sikhthetech
24/6/2018 15:26 | Under the impression a closed period is preventing a share buy back. | dave4545
24/6/2018 12:25 | savage, "In passing, i suspect that cash balances are a lot lower than the current share market cap. If you look at it logically, they raised 18, spent 7 and only had 8 left at december. I would seriously doubt they increased cash balances by 5m between december and march." That's odd, because in their interims, they said they had £11m as of Dec 31st.. Where did you get your £8m from???? " -- Cash at Bank GBP11,307,000 (31 December 2016: GBP998,000) " | sikhthetech
24/6/2018 12:25 | I gather from previous posts the company said July but I have also heard the company told a couple of people end June. September would be a long wait. ..let's hope next couple of weeks | savagedstock
24/6/2018 12:14 | savage, "I am not sure what thew regulations are, but did not the company say they would release them by the end of June?" The regulation is 6 months from yr end, which was March 31st, so by end of September. The rns clearly states that they will publish by end Sept, where did the company say they would release them by end of June? "-- publication of audited accounts for the 15 month period to 31 March 2018 by 30 September 2018. " | sikhthetech
24/6/2018 11:30 | Nobby .... Excellent .... More time for the Big W to play out ..... Double Bottom in touching distance ...... &n | porky8
24/6/2018 10:41 | Thanks...just increased the uncertainty period | savagedstock
24/6/2018 10:41 | Thanks...just increased the uncertainty period | savagedstock
24/6/2018 10:27 | They originally told me the results would be in July. However, my last communication with them said definitely before September. So definitely don't expect them next week! | nobbygnome |
