14/7/2022 06:35 | Thanks Dave Totally (TLY) This £82m frontline healthcare provider operates NHS 111 helplines, GP surgeries, out-of-hours phone services and 34 gyms for the Royal Mail. It offers strong growth from long-term contracts and recently announced five urgent treatment centre contract extensions for £19m. The forecast price-to-earnings ratio (PE) for this year is 23, falling to a multiple of just 10 in 2024 from projected, mostly predictable earnings, on revenue of £82m. Operating profits for the year to 31 March just gone are expected to be ahead of consensus | spursspurs

13/7/2022 14:16 | That is if things are as rosy as you say ? | quazie12
13/7/2022 14:16 | Unless there is a very long lead time to produce synergies from acquisitions it looks like the company is overpaying for growth.Sikh how do you account for the fact that profits barely cover dividends paid ? | quazie12
13/7/2022 14:13 | Not the total picture. On a per share basis profit after tax is woeful | quazie12
13/7/2022 13:07 | Looked at this company, seems a good one, but it's all jam in the future, massive high p.e stocks, any bumps in the road for them, they get hammered. But good luck boys, it's a long term tuck away in my opinion. | montyhedge
13/7/2022 11:59 | Just bought some more at 43p | nobbygnome
13/7/2022 11:30 | Last 4 yrs: period, revenue, cash, ebitda 2019 £78m, £7.5m, £1.1m 2020 £105m, £8.9m, £4m 2021 £113m, £14.8m, £5m 2022 £127.4m, £15.3m, £6.2m Increasing recurring revenues increasing cash increasing profits. Oh and increasing dividends. ;-) | sikhthetech
13/7/2022 11:29 | Great presentation. Wendy and Lisa went through the business model and also explained the payables, cashflow etc. Well done BoD. | sikhthetech
13/7/2022 10:41 | Thought they came across well at the Investor Meet presentation - better prepared and more assured than I recall on previous presentations. Looks like we can expect some interesting news on EFP. | melody9999
13/7/2022 10:40 | Wendy finished by saying that opportunities going forward are massive. Along wih the new acquisitions and future promised earnings enhancing acquisitions, it appears to me the future is extremely bright. Plus we got a 100% increase in the divi; what's not to like! | nobbygnome
13/7/2022 09:23 | TIMBER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! | football
12/7/2022 23:59 | The company is simply overpaying for growth and this is reflected in the lack of net profits just about cover the dividends paid to shareholders in the year. Apparently the market agrees. The share price reaction certainly did not match how brilliant management clearly think they did. | quazie12
12/7/2022 23:52 | Why spout Only EBITDA when there are chunky charges against the profits rightly so for expensive acquisitions. The net profit attributable to shareholders is a little over £1m. There are 187m shares in issue so how much per share ? 0.6p each. The dividend is not covered by the profits. Agreed there is strong cash generated but is growth being achieved at a reasonable price ? I dont think it is | quazie12
12/7/2022 23:24 | NFX will rise over 20 % tomorrow. Will you still trust nobbygnome when it does. I don’t hold but was drawn to it by nobbys deramping. Let’s see tomorrow | vaston

12/7/2022 17:53 | "Following a significant upgrade to forecasts in April 2022, Totally delivered preliminary results for the year ended March 2022 that were ahead of our revised expectations. This is a remarkable result given the continuing challenges affecting the healthcare market and the delivery of services. We see many opportunities for further growth over the next three years and this is reflected in our forecasts which now include projections for FY25. With macro-economic and political headwinds increasing almost daily we consider that an investment in Totally offers strong growth with significantly lower risk than many other businesses. We therefore continue to believe that a fair value of 75p is achievable over the forecast period." "Low risk investment – We consider Totally to be a relatively low risk investment with the government being the primary customer through the NHS, an important consideration during a period of increasing financial, macro-economic and political upheavals. With another record year in prospect and c.8p per share of cash (17% of the share price) on the balance sheet, we continue to believe that fair value of 75p is achievable. | sikhthetech
12/7/2022 17:51 | In what way is it overpriced... Results above expectations... Revenue £127.4m(2021: £113.7m) Ebitda £6.2m (£5m) Cash £15.3m (£14.8m) Mcap £81m Operating in the right area, at the right time... Govn must reduce the backlog of operations. Govn must tackle the long A&E/GP waiting times... | sikhthetech
12/7/2022 17:42 | Got a bit overpriced did it not, the results weren't that impressive, what does Bob Holt actually do these days as well. | owenski
12/7/2022 17:19 | TLY bought 2 companies and cash still grew. Totally reports increase in profits as it pushes ahead with growth strategy The group doubled its dividend for the year to 1p per share "It also completed the acquisitions of Pioneer Health Care and Energy Fitness Professionals." | sikhthetech
12/7/2022 17:16 | Nobby, I'm not banning anyone for asking a question about the company.. . My answer to him is simply that TLY isn't being delisted. If he thinks it is then provide the evidence. | sikhthetech |
