I don’t want to downplay the potential here as I still have my shares (up x3 and hoping for more) but I know through contacts that almost all of the Greenbrook directors have gone over the past few months and many of the positions advertised including the commercial director and area directors are because of this. Just a flag - did they need to go or have they left because there’s an issue with the Totally approach?
Some on this forum have links to Wendy. Can you ask?

Hopefully we will have a trading update in about 2 weeks for the year ended 31st March 2021. Last year they issued an update on 20th April.

TLA,
"The high level appointments though are to replace a number of senior staff who have left."

The 'Commercial/Marketing' director, based at HQ and 'Area/Regional' directors for 'Urgent Care' Division, mentioned by Mighunter and me are new.

Why do you think they are replacements rather than new appointments?

They suggest to me that the company is now in the growth stage, with the Commercial/Marketing director for non-NHS contracts..

Re 17568 hope you waited, djs. Sadly predictable and pathetic share price response to last RNS. I keep adding and I keep hoping but just can’t seem to get any sustained upward momentum. Yes I know this had a little surge from 20p to 30p earlier in year but as I starting buying at over 50p (and believe it should be at least that now) that is small confort.

Hopefully fully the FY results will give it a kick up the backside but not likely based on past performance, especially if they continue not giving forward projections. Frustrating.

Sorry if I wasn’t clear Graham - these are two different issues. There’s no need for extra staff for the contract extensions i.e clinical and operational ground level staff. The high level appointments though are to replace a number of senior staff who have left.

You seem to contradict yourself there, your saying they don’t need extra staff yet you also say that Greenbrook are losing staff.

I also realise it’s an extension however I also realise that the NHS are asking TLY to do more work therefore they do need extra staff.

TLA regarding TUPE law , the new holder of the contract can except a employer from a transfer of existing contract but also can say that they are not required as long as that role no longer exist.
Also the holder of the existing contract can offer alternative emplacement if that employer excepts and therefore will not be TUPE.
It is a good law and also a bad law as the TUPE also transfer any service period and carry's the burden of redundancy and even if they only work for 1 year but in TUPE they have worked 20 Years then the redundancy payment is 20 Years for only one years work.
Probably one of the best Laws for the employees that has been made

Graham W - I’m afraid you don’t understand the way these contracts work. It’s simply an extension so there isn’t any extra hiring. If one organisation then loses the contract to another, all staff have the right to transfer under TUPE law.

Thordon - the increase in senior jobs advertised is not as positive as it may seem. There has been an exodus from Greenbrook

Compounded growth , with mini extensions announced bolds well for Totally.
Noticed that there's been a increase in senior jobs advertised means that the business is becoming more of a force in the NHS.
Government's do like corporate structures
Trading statement going to be interesting as we know they have grown but by how much , turnover for estimated year £120 million and that's a stab in the dark.

More buying than selling today and as the trading statement gets closer I think you will probably see a sustained rise. The numbers are going to be good methinks.

Mighunter, well spotted.

They are also looking for area/regional directors for their "Urgent Care Division".

Foundation set for future growth.

Perhaps I should have wrote annoyed with the NHS for issuing 6 month extension. It’s difficult enough recruiting staff to work within the NHS systems let alone recruiting someone for 6 months.

If they are happy with Vocare and Greenbrook then give them at least a 3 year contract to allow them a fighting chance to recruit additional staff.

They have waisted millions on track and trace and testing yet companies that help out on the front line seem to be taken for granted.

Just had a look at their careers site, continuing to look progressively busier overall. Not least - for a new Director of Comms and Marketing - "a new role for the organisation... recognising our ambition to grow both organically and through acquisition." Last year they were awarding 12 month extensions, due to expire this summer/autumn.

I think they are currently awarding 6 month extensions to cover the covid pandemic period, ie also due to expire this summer/autumn. TLY did say last year that the NHS are not awarding 'new' contracts due to the pandemic.

Once covid pandemic is over the NHS should resort to 'new' contracts again.
It would be impossible to award 'new' contracts to providers who are in the middle of contracts(extensions).

Therefore, I see short contract extensions as good news.

This would also mean that the new ICS(white paper) awarding of contracts is likely to come in sooner, which will be excellent for TLY, as they were expected.

This contract extension announced today is £12.5m over 6 months and for the current fy, ie fy2022.

Mcap £56m

Graham why do you still somehow find a negative within a positive,, they have been awarded another £18M in contracts,, and the only thing you can say is strange it’s only 6 months,, it would be bad news if they were not getting extensions,, it’s not bad news they have sucured a further £18M in contracts,, sometimes nothing is ever good enough for some people,

TLA we should of been 40p couple months ago , but was swapped with negative chats in forum regarding the White Paper , that has now gone as White Paper is a positive to Totally and not a negative.

Totally are in strong position , once Covid 19 has lapsed and normal operations proceed then all 3 divisions will be maxed out.

Totally Healthcare - will be swapped with operations and that's the biggest profit margins which are cost less the NHS operations.

Totally work on conjuration with the NHS and seek to reduce costs plus awarded high status in audits.
