30/5/2019 12:07 | A little birdy tells me Topps are about to enter a joint venture with Bathstore supplying their customers with Topps Tiles. If true this could be a great money maker for the company 🤫 | cudmore
29/5/2019 17:04 | 1 trade always means news imminent? Have a look at some other shares! I think your enthusiasm is getting the better of you. | wad collector

29/5/2019 07:14 | Wad collector The company is buying up competitors in the market and is seeing improved market share. Performance so far this quarter is getting better. What’s not positive about that? The share price is slowly picking back up but the problem is nobody is interested in retail stocks at the moment. Simples! | cudmore
24/5/2019 23:14 | Err....I think you have been saying that sort of thing for yrs ; all the way down. This time is different of course. | wad collector

12/4/2019 17:19 | Now that was a good week here again. The trading update wasn't exactly stunning , but seems to have kept the momentum here. Still a long way back to those £1.60+ prices of a few yrs ago. Need to generate a lot more profit to justify that sort of valuation again , but at least they haven't gone bust. | wad collector
05/4/2019 20:06 | This week I’ve delved a bit more into smaller companies with analysis of Photo-Me (#PHTM), Topps Tiles (#TPT), Belvoir Lettings (#BLV) and Hostelworld Group (#HSW). The biggest company looked at is easyJet (#EZJ). | newtothisgame3
03/4/2019 11:06 | Matthew Williams - very poor. I wonder if Matthew Williams will actually consider telling investors in future updates how TPT are performing against market expectations....you know.....the bit we want to know! It's becoming a very bad habit now. | sphere25
02/4/2019 13:11 | !YOUTUBEVIDEO:Na3DHb Will there be any cracks in Topps Tiles following Wednesday’s half year results? The company last updated investors in January 9th when it posted a grubby set of first quarter figures. For the 13 week period ending December 29th, like-for-like sales tumbled 1.4%, a real sharp turnaround from the 3.4% increase seen the same time the year previous, and a drop-off from Q4 2018’s 1.2% rise. As a reference point, like-for-like sales rose 0.6% at 2018’s halfway point, meaning Topps Tiles needs to have had a rather special second quarter to avoid another comparative decline. Further Brexit uncertainty in the housing sector, however, may make that tough to achieve.
