Director/PDMR Shareholdings

TomCo announces that, on 10 August 2018, Mr Andrew Jones, the Company's Executive Chairman, purchased 15,416 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 4.80 pence per Ordinary Share and 15,060 Ordinary Shares at a price of 4.98 pence per Ordinary Share. In addition, Mr John Potter, the Company's CEO, today purchased 26,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 5.72 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following these purchases, Mr Jones' total interest in the Company is 38,146 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.06% of the Company's issued share capital and Mr Potters' total interest in the Company is 26,500 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital.
