Exactly vauch , if this ends up just a free ride as it were ..we need to pare down the directors and just take the cash ..last thing we need is them squandering cash on more wild goose chases

Eve if our oil is not used for fuel, the asphalt market is superb.
but if we are selling Greenfield then it matters not a lot, as at AGM I aired concern on wasting time on old projects like RF so I hope they don't bother with that again

They drew down the £750k convertible loan in Sept/Oct and then raised a further £0.925m in Nov. $500k has reduced the unsecured Valkor loan to $1m. Which leaves over £1.2m in the biscuit tin.

I am thinking the buyer might not be done yet, but there's no way to know with the protected trades they are doing, other than share price movement. They could have put in more £32k orders, but we will only know once each order(s) is filled.

If it's a USA buyer in the know about the Greenfield deal, they might only appear around US market open time, and any order(s) they put in today unlikely to be filled until the same time as yesterday, late afternoon. And they still have the OTC option as a backup.
