The buyer also grabbed another 9.8m on USA OTC today!! (thanks to Talais on adv bb for spotting it)



9,803,458 at 14:30:12, price USD0.0041

That is USD40,194.18 or GBP32,572, taking the buyer up to GBP97k spent today on TOM stock!!

I'd say buying on USA OTC they are possibly USA based (and possibly in the know on Utah), but also desperate to pick up so much stock in a short period of time that they have reverted to the very illiquid OTC to get the stock they want.

I have a feeling it's going to blow captain!

If anything, I'd say the buyer must know something. You don't bung GBP64.5k on a company like Tomco in one hit, unless the odds are way in your favour.

Someone has put in a big order which has got filled in two separate GBP32.5k chunks, rather than in round share numbers.

We'll actually know earlier than the end of February as we already know the deal to buy TSH2 will be governed by an EGM approval. Therefore we will need notice mid February of an EGM to hit this deal deadline.

Update re TSHIITomCo Energy plc (AIM: TOM), the US operating oil development group focused on using innovative technology to unlock unconventional hydrocarbon resources, is pleased to provide an update with respect to the Company's 100% owned subsidiary, Greenfield Energy LLC's ("Greenfield"), potential acquisition of the remaining ownership and membership rights and interests in Tar Sands Holdings II LLC ("TSHII") (the "Membership Interests"). As previously announced, Greenfield owns a 10% Membership Interest in TSHII and holds an exclusive option (the "Option"), exercisable at its sole discretion, to acquire the remaining 90% of the Membership interests for additional cash consideration of US$16.25 million up to 31 December 2022 (the "Agreement").The Agreement has now been varied in order to extend the exercise period of the Option. Accordingly, Greenfield may now exercise the Option, at its sole discretion, by delivering a notice of exercise on or before 28 February 2023 and making payment of the US$16.25 million cash consideration by no later than 3 March 2023.
