You ask what the directors are doing - simple - acting as directors and protecting your good interests. What more can they do if the situation is hopeless.

But why did you not think and listen?
Remember the payments to Jones and the American chap, the BOD will be considering their own payoffs if / when the appropriate moment arrives. JP may be looking for £500,000 and the non execs £50,000. After all they have given their time - just sad it didn’t succeed.

Words fail me. Vauch we haven’t a clue what is going on. That is the problem. You are just guessing, it muddies the waters, if there were any waters to muddle.

Incidently, do we have a Bod earning large salaries? What are they doing for it? I may be unfair, but with no information, it makes you wonder?

In the context of the AIM Rules for Companies, any acquisition(s) in a 12 month period which for an AIM company either:
Exceeds 100% in any class tests (AIM).
Results in a fundamental change in its business, board or voting control.
In the case of an investing company, departs materially from its investing policy (as stated in its admission document or as approved by its shareholders).
For an AIM company, the transaction requires shareholder approval. The combined group must apply for admission to AIM and is treated as a new applicant. For more information, see Practice note, AIM: reverse takeover transactions.

Have been thinking on.
As Tomco have 10% of land they will not have the licence to extract as that is owned by TSHII.
So to obtain the licence and not have to reapply they would need to own TSHII
And this is why Vivakor mot likely have not a plant running on the site at this time.
As the wells are a different licence when approved would be able to go ahead.
Bach to TSHII to buy the company out could be seen as a takeover with many more complicated issues

The natives are becoming increasingly restless. They may like you to pass this on to JP. As you said before - ‘come on John’
Tell him what you think of this ‘farce’!

I have a question. Is Tomco a good investment?
Thumbs up if it is, thumbs down if it isn’t, thumbs up if it isn’t but you don’t have a premium for trolling like rmart

Rmart will show you the way. Champ is still bullish, balls of steel for over a decade. It’s not a dilution it’s the mindset, just don’t look at the chart or don’t read rns under any circumstances.
