other opportunities to pursue as TOM has always done in the past. The US will not wish to discourage its entrepreneurship.

Are you? Some here are trying to assess what is going on based on very limited information as well as misinformation. Each individual is entitled to read or just dismiss.
Judging by what you say, your mind is made up - there is a deal NOW and it’s a good one. Something says you are not overtly sure though.Is the market sure? Based on limited information and track record to date, many have gone far away and found more preferable opportunities. Enjoy the ride and have fun like the others.

There are 2.2bn shares floating about here. I hardly think a few bulletin board posters can influence things. Either via their opinions or their purchase power.

you do know these boards are generally a waste of your time don’t you?

Even moreso as a non holder with their head constantly pointing backwards.

SL and others seem to believe and accept everything they read or are told. BOD are very pleased with such approach.
Remember announcements are for guidance only and can be vague and open ended. The most important bits are the caveats which in effect can cancel out anything stated without recourse.

Of course the warrants are worthless unless our share price reaches 1.2p plus in the next

To appease large shareholders who, to be fair, kept the lights on. The company failed on many of its targets from previous placings therefore I have no problem with the extension.

So why did they extend the warrants expiry dates?
My bet is $2 mill cash. $1 mill to Valkor and $1 mill to take us through to
potential income flow.

Presumably an amount to keep Tomco going comfortably until the X%age of Greenfield income starts to flow in from the 2 plants and wells.

And it's makes sense that it will be sufficient to clear the Valkor loan and leave tomco in a solid cash position. My best finger in the air guess is around £2-3m. Should see us through to production from first wells.

, one scenario that is currently under active consideration would involve TomCo disposing of a majority stake in Greenfield to a partner(s) in return for, inter alia, certain upfront cash consideration, a continuing equity participation for TomCo in Greenfield without the requirement for further capital contributions from TomCo and the provision of a sizeable funding package to Greenfield.

Now DAMAC seems to imply there is a ‘deal’ and he states it has to be approved by members. Is DAMAC authorised to make this announcement in which case …. Or is this another utterance designed to rally!
Could it be that JP is influencing DAMAC and if so … very very???
