Presumably an amount to keep Tomco going comfortably until the X%age of Greenfield income starts to flow in from the 2 plants and wells.

And it's makes sense that it will be sufficient to clear the Valkor loan and leave tomco in a solid cash position. My best finger in the air guess is around £2-3m. Should see us through to production from first wells.

Now DAMAC seems to imply there is a ‘deal’ and he states it has to be approved by members. Is DAMAC authorised to make this announcement in which case …. Or is this another utterance designed to rally!
Could it be that JP is influencing DAMAC and if so … very very???

If the deal is done Tomco will still need capital to keep going so they will need the warrant exercised or we will have yet another poxy placing

Only thing I have experienced here is personal loss which I would like to recover but no hope in reality.
This could be a well managed joint venture - could be. Do you think SB is having a laugh at our expense to see what Tomco will tolerate.
After he is the key to this, Tomco fund the operation and Valkor can take as long as they want. Had they wanted to, this would have been far ahead and I suspect JP is placed in a delicate position.
I bet he is getting flack from Groat, it is not his fault - who set up the arrangement in the first place.

Hi damac .. I'm the guy that wonders whether we'd be under or over 1p with this expected Greenfield rns. So I'm not expecting anything too exciting.

I get that it will be a year or two before we get potential progress in the share price. If all goes to plan of course, which it might not.

However I do think that something over 1p is expected to bring in the warrant value.
That is up to the end of Feb when they expire.

It will be good to hear something positive soooooooooooooooooooooooon. We have
been waiting so long. DF

Ducky, if the deal is accepted by the shareholders, you won’t see full value on the share price until the proposed plants and wells are producing. Don’t set you expectations too high for any initial re-rate of the share price on the back of shareholders accepting the deal, there will still be at least a further year until you see a more realistic value in the share price

Personally I hope it doesn’t jump too far initially as I don’t want the warrants to be taken up. I reckon it’s looking likely that warrant holders will only have a month from the GM (until end of Feb.) to decide to stick or twist.
