06/1/2023 14:30 | Presumably an amount to keep Tomco going comfortably until the X%age of Greenfield income starts to flow in from the 2 plants and wells. Snap SL! :) | kdickson
06/1/2023 14:30 | And it's makes sense that it will be sufficient to clear the Valkor loan and leave tomco in a solid cash position. My best finger in the air guess is around £2-3m. Should see us through to production from first wells. | stuart little
06/1/2023 14:22 | , one scenario that is currently under active consideration would involve TomCo disposing of a majority stake in Greenfield to a partner(s) in return for, inter alia, certain upfront cash consideration, a continuing equity participation for TomCo in Greenfield without the requirement for further capital contributions from TomCo and the provision of a sizeable funding package to Greenfield. | stuart little
06/1/2023 14:20 | They told us in the November rns VauchTomco would receive Certain up front payments.... | stuart little
06/1/2023 14:16 | Stuart Why would you think an up front payment is on the cards? | vauch
06/1/2023 13:55 | Haha....he's a clown with a chip on both shoulders. Join the filter Lopy crew...you'll not be missing out on any gems of wisdom I promise! | stuart little
06/1/2023 13:45 | Now DAMAC seems to imply there is a ‘deal’ and he states it has to be approved by members. Is DAMAC authorised to make this announcement in which case …. Or is this another utterance designed to rally! Could it be that JP is influencing DAMAC and if so … very very??? | lopodop
06/1/2023 12:55 | I'm done with speculating now duckster. It's over to john to deliver now. A deal on a free carry and we are away with plenty to talk about. | stuart little
06/1/2023 12:13 | Quiet today, maybe all waiting for some excitement next week? | ducky fuzz
06/1/2023 10:59 | I think fenners has been accumulating. | ducky fuzz
06/1/2023 10:25 | Could be an interesting afternoon here, there seems to be a good expectation of news next week. | rmart
06/1/2023 07:19 | If the deal is done Tomco will still need capital to keep going so they will need the warrant exercised or we will have yet another poxy placing | vauch
05/1/2023 22:58 | Therefore, on that basis I hope for a very good deal. lopodop - 01 Apr 2021 - 12:17:11 - 37 of 73 JOHN POTTER - TOM Only thing I have experienced here is personal loss which I would like to recover but no hope in reality. This could be a well managed joint venture - could be. Do you think SB is having a laugh at our expense to see what Tomco will tolerate. After he is the key to this, Tomco fund the operation and Valkor can take as long as they want. Had they wanted to, this would have been far ahead and I suspect JP is placed in a delicate position. I bet he is getting flack from Groat, it is not his fault - who set up the arrangement in the first place. Take back your unpleasant comments and think! | the diddyboys
05/1/2023 22:43 | Hopefully, any deal lopo will help you claw back some of your losses here. | the diddyboys
05/1/2023 22:39 | So Damac is announcing 'the deal' | lopodop
05/1/2023 22:09 | I think everyone will see that this will be voted through. There isn't any other option. DF | ducky fuzz
05/1/2023 22:08 | Hi damac .. I'm the guy that wonders whether we'd be under or over 1p with this expected Greenfield rns. So I'm not expecting anything too exciting. I get that it will be a year or two before we get potential progress in the share price. If all goes to plan of course, which it might not. However I do think that something over 1p is expected to bring in the warrant value. That is up to the end of Feb when they expire. It will be good to hear something positive sooooooooooooooooooo been waiting so long. DF | ducky fuzz
05/1/2023 20:25 | Ducky Fuzz5 Jan '23 - 16:14 - 29292 of 29302 I'm wondering which side of 1p we are going. Ducky, if the deal is accepted by the shareholders, you won’t see full value on the share price until the proposed plants and wells are producing. Don’t set you expectations too high for any initial re-rate of the share price on the back of shareholders accepting the deal, there will still be at least a further year until you see a more realistic value in the share price Personally I hope it doesn’t jump too far initially as I don’t want the warrants to be taken up. I reckon it’s looking likely that warrant holders will only have a month from the GM (until end of Feb.) to decide to stick or twist. | damac
05/1/2023 19:09 | Ducky you are soooo mean. | the diddyboys
05/1/2023 19:05 | One of their better recent days. | ducky fuzz
