Hi Lexus,
I refer you to my previous post #73975.
I would see a steady drop in the share price as the stragglers drip-feed the market once DMCI decide they don't want to buy in any more shares.
Against that a new tree felling permit and the final permit for Ipilan could reawaken interest.
But the point to remember is that DMCI call the shots...they are in control!

You forget that to do that, they would have to pass a special resolution and to get that passed they would need 75% of the vote which they're not going to get because Mr Zhevago has his blocking 25%!

lexus it can't become compulsory because of the 30% blocking vote held by another company.
Long term they could issue loads more shares to reduce the % held.

I guest we need some good news and a profit for the value to increase, there is not much float so they may hold this price for a while.
