aquilla - IF Fevamotinico made a higher offer are DMCI able to increase?

The fact DMCI have not bought shares in the market and say Fevamotinico have would mean DMCI have say have 45% and Fevamotinico might have nearer 30% if indeed they have been buying...

As I informed the TLG at the time of the original announcement whilst awaiting Company guidance "In the meantime I shall be taking the Board advice and holding tight onto my shares."

My position is still the same. :-)

I expect the tree cutting permits and all the other permits will be given after DMCI has this all sewn up.

I see this as the start of a TMC PR offensive....before rejecting the offer on the grounds it undervalued the assets - maybe they are holding out for the Ipilan permit which would mean we are worth ALOT more than 50P.... come on TMC.

Berong Nickel Mine Resource Update

Toledo Mining Corporation plc ("Toledo" or the "Company" (AIM: TMC)) is pleased to announce an upgrade of its JORC compliant Mineral Resource estimate ("Revised JORC Resource") for its Berong Nickel Project as well as further detail and confirmation of the Exploration Targets at the Moorsom, Long Point and Berong Extension prospects, all held by Berong Nickel Corporation ("BNC") in which Toledo has a 56.2% economic interest and located on the Island of Palawan in the Philippines. The Revised JORC Resource was estimated by Toledo Mining Management ("TMM") geology professionals responsible for the Berong Nickel Project, under the supervision of Mr. Pierre Charlent (MAusIMM). All tonnes reported in this statement are dry metric tonnes (dmt).

Resumption of Direct Shipping Operations

Toledo is pleased to announce that the shipping window for 2013 is now open. The MV Jin Hui has now sailed for China with approximately 48,865 wet metric tonnes (wmt) of nickel ore @ 1.8%, representing this year's first shipment of high grade material from the Berong mine.

AND.....ANYTHING ELSE...YOU WANT TO TELL US.....

I can understand the need for the company to wait until the posting of the offer document however it is getting somewhat frustrating now regarding the time it has / is taking for them to update shareholders.

Time is running out as the offer closes soon - once you take weekends and Easter holiday into account that does not leave that many trading days.

I expect one final surprise from TMC before she disappears for ever...

Have Fevamotinico been buying in the market place and will make a slightly higher offer at the last minute...time will tell.

directos have showed incompetence whils running the business and continue with this poor performance when a bid is announced-dare say Fev are dictating when and what they can do or say.

Me too. Sold out after a good few years. Not bothered about losing a penny by not waiting - can use the money better elsewhere, namely IOF and NANO.

I don't see another bid coming in. If so, well done to those who have stuck around.

Right guys I've sold up,  have held for3 plus years and have returned quite a healthy profit even though I sold a considerable amount last year at 27p....

I've moved onto pastures green namely PPC, LRL & ZIOC...and would like your views on these..

RNS out John G R Rix & Family sold 100k at 48.54p cannot understand why they have not contacted DMCI and got there 50p offer...short changed by a grand and half..

I wonder if Fevamotinico have been buying stock in the market place to bolster their position here? Could they come in with a higher offer? Will TMC ever comment?

I expect the board of directors are protecting their own self interests and either negotiating a pay off or to keep their jobs-should be locked up the lot of them
