01/3/2013 10:48 | hope your right but 45% is a lot near the 51% needed, | lexus880
01/3/2013 10:10 | what is the signifigance of a signed letter of intent - are the vendors legally bound, or can they change their position? | jay083
01/3/2013 09:35 | Not quite, Lexus 45.4 per cent is near but not yet near enough to declare game, set and match! :-) | aquilla
01/3/2013 09:33 | ???? they don't even have 50% support yet....far from over | oli12
01/3/2013 09:30 | THEY THINK ITS ALL OVER, WELL IT IS NOW! | lexus880
01/3/2013 07:43 | See robt's previous post. | oli12
01/3/2013 07:24 | What's the significance of the RNS today telling us that ALFREDO C. RAMOS has 2.61% of the shares? | soggy
28/2/2013 17:33 | Hope you are right aquilla. Should be interesting to see all the holdings declared over 1% tomorrow, March 1st being the 10th business day following the offer. | r0bt
28/2/2013 11:46 | RNS - just to say that Edward Foster has sold 25,000 of his almost 1% of the co on the market. Guess he must be needing a few grand for something else. Given that he's kept the other 450,000 shares I guess he's waiting for the 50p too. | soggy
28/2/2013 11:40 | TLG you have mail! PS R0bT, I beg to differ. | aquilla
27/2/2013 12:38 | I am sure that the board and predator have been in dialogue by now. Seems like both parties are happy for DMCI to mop up the sells of impatient PIs and edge nearer 50%. | r0bt
26/2/2013 18:45 | sold some to buy another co, but happy to hold and see how it pans out. There is always a possibility of a higher bid (although I personally doubt there will be) and holding at least means another 2p per share and no dealing costs to sell. | soggy
26/2/2013 18:06 | holding all-imho nothing to loseand possibly more to gain | mpclag
26/2/2013 12:15 | no still holding half of my lot, seems to be my safest share at the moment....just waiting for bod reply... | ibs7491
26/2/2013 12:03 | Anyone still holding or have we all sold up.... | edward3
25/2/2013 07:09 | RNS out saying John G R Rix & Family has sold 10,000 out of his 761,667 (1.53%). Must need the pocket money. | soggy
24/2/2013 08:51 | I think FEV probably will go for 50p but will strike a separate deal with DMCI as I still can't digest that a powerful guy like FEV has been sitting all these years on TMC board and did nothing but walked away with 50p. I am not even sure at what price he acquired his stake. | littlepm
23/2/2013 12:47 | the board MUST act in the interests of ALL shareholders and I'm sure they will.... in reality Fevamotinico will decide this as their 25% holding / vote will be crucial. I wonder if DMCI are in touch directly like World Fund? One assumes that take over rules prevent DMCI offering FEV say 70p for its 25% share? Unless they upped the offer.... Interesting the company had time to update the website with the following Section. | oli12
23/2/2013 11:08 | Stock Exchange rules, I'm afraid, LittlePM. Under the Takeover Code TMC can't comment on anything for the moment. Everything has to be funneled through their nomad, Ambrian. But the next announcement we can expect from the Company (aside from updates on shareholdings) would be whether the Board recommend acceptance of the offer or not and they have, as I pointed out previously, up to 6 weeks for that. | aquilla
23/2/2013 07:49 | Why the TMC BOD suddenly went so quiet. Are they stunned by this sudden movement from DMCI or are they bit scared now that DMCI will make them work hard and no more easy milking of TMC now what they kept doing for so many years :-))))))))))))) | littlepm
22/2/2013 22:58 | Dreamtwister - trust I did not twist your dream ! They have certainly twisted mine !!!! | mtld1
22/2/2013 22:17 | cheer's mtld1 | dreamtwister
22/2/2013 18:47 | Dreamtwister - As far as I am aware, there was a consolidation somewhere between October 2004 and February 2006 - 50 old for 1 new. | mtld1
22/2/2013 17:44 | Where did the 300,000 volume come from...must be a few end of day sellers. hopefully we will have comment from the company next week..... | oli12 |
