TMT Acquisition (LSE: TMTA), the investment business established to pursue opportunities in the technology, media and telecom sector, has been notified that on 3 January 2023 Harry Hyman, Jonathan Satchell and James Serjeant, each Non-Executive Directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities (a "PDMR") of the Company, respectively purchased 40,000 ordinary shares of 4 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 18.25 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").
