IPC has a relationship with General Electric (GE) in the United Kingdom spanning over 20 years for procurement and supply of GE power turbines and equipment. This UK based procurement relationship has the added benefit that it will enable the IPP Project to meet local UK content rules which are required for project funding and support from UK and European credit export agencies.

###Update ### I see that IPC are now engaged specifically to engage with GE & others on TLOU's behalf.

So - the end of the extended negotiation period has arrived and TLOU have not negotiated with GE & others successfully.
An intermediary has been appointed... at what cost to TLOU Investors ?
It does look as though IPC's credentials position them much better for the required negotiations, so definitely a means to an end with the July target in mind... but at what cost to TLOU Investors ?
Definitely comes across as a positive development for the grand Plan, even if TLOU have clearly failed twice to complete negotiations to put firm Plans & Investment in place (FACT !)

The next major announcement by July will be very interesting....
