25/5/2018 13:11 | Good chat on LSE today. They think a PPA is in the process of getting signed. Jeepers there might be people even more stupid than Windbag | donkey40
25/5/2018 07:05 | Well done. I knew you couldn’t rise to the challenge. | donkey40
25/5/2018 05:40 | Tlou +25% ROI KMR -99.8% ROI End of. | wheniamfree
24/5/2018 22:48 | I will comment on KMR metrics - and leave you to provide the same metrics for Tlou. Current equity value - £270m; Current enterprise value - £296m; Implied equity value per share -£7.20; Implied EV per share - £7.50; EBITDA 2017 - £45m; EBITDA forecast 2018 - £85m; EV / EBITDA 2017 = 6.6 times, and forecast to drop to 3.something for 2018 at current share price; What to do with this share is reasonably obvious to most punters. I fully expect you to, yet again, dredge up performance history which frankly as anyone in the markets knows is largely irrelevant. But that still won’t stop your usual vomit. What you are being asked to now do is provide the same metrics for Tlou - then we can determine if there is any relevance in comparing the 2. Good luck. | donkey40
24/5/2018 19:08 | Meanwhile at KMR....... | wheniamfree
24/5/2018 19:05 | You may have noticed the FTSE 100 has raced ahead to a new record high. The FTSE 250 is doing the same. Next up will be small cap and AIM shares. They are already starting to move up, soon they will race ahead. Of course not all AIM shares will rocket. Some companies are such dogs that even in a bull market you will lose money on them. The trick is finding the real winners. Come on Tlou - it has to be your turn soon surely. But isn’t it surprising with the great BOD that ... oh no, let’s not go there again | donkey40
24/5/2018 18:39 | Ah you mean like your rehash of lies and misunderstanding? I guess that’s different? | wheniamfree
24/5/2018 18:23 | PS do you think you could post something new about Tlou rather than your continual rehash of their RNS, and criticism of my posts? Quite a few people are asking that board reverts to that - you are the problem mate. Let some of it go; you don’t need to keep saying the same old stuff over and over and over ... Don’t bite on every hook.... | donkey40
24/5/2018 18:20 | Carry on you silly person. | donkey40
24/5/2018 18:03 | If you are basing the movement of a share price based on what is posted on a forum and you wish to use that metric as a basis of truth or lies that says a lot about what you write and how silly you are. You believe you are untouchable, your arrogance will be your undoing I am afraid. You see when you paid to register you were complicit to agreement on the T&Cs of disclosure, I would suggest you study them. No empty threats but as I said, arrogance prevails - you will see. | wheniamfree
24/5/2018 17:40 | OMG - back to FCA, Interpol and Office of the President. You and your illusions of grandeur again again again..... My post is so erroneous that the share price is following you and your facts - right ?! Good luck with your crusade. I Guess it was only a matter of time until you trotted out all this same sh1te yet again. PS - I’m happy to stand by what I posted today, last week, last month, last year. Your friends know where to find me - This time make sure they drop by and say hello rather than your usual empty words and threats. Ok roger head ?! | donkey40
24/5/2018 16:44 | All, I would strongly suggest an email be sent to the company in regards to donkey and his conduct. Whilst the company are already aware and action is being progressed I think it would be beneficial. | wheniamfree
24/5/2018 15:30 | Donks the above is riddled with so many erroneous and misleading points it’s untrue. I see you again posted the above points as facts yet are categorically wrong on nearly all of your statement. I see you haven’t learnt anything in regards the FCA disclaimer below? Don’t worry that’s another snippet of information that will be handed over, already copied/pasted and screenshotted. And I am the stupid one? As I said, just because you don’t understand something doesn’t mean it is wrong. I fully understand each of the above to be false and misleading, that is a fact. It is absolutely nothing to do with being naive and stupid, you do not understand end of story but here you are again telling lies? Let me ask you this, in regards your EIA point - can you provide evidence of where the above occurred in regards to upstream EIA? I know the point you are referring to but it is absolutely nothing to do with what you are stating. Case in point, you don’t know what you are talking about and again you are misleading the market. Mail sent. Keep it up. | wheniamfree
24/5/2018 12:56 | So start the clock from mid April (add a fair 2 weeks post ministerial change) I make that 5 weeks. Remember when you told us all a mining license couldn’t come and you banged the drum for months? Then look what happened - are we learning yet? | wheniamfree
24/5/2018 12:37 | But donkey, they are leading - do you see anyone else more advanced in Bots? Nope. Ergo market leaders. | wheniamfree
24/5/2018 09:24 | Windbag - with all the amazing achievements and optionality that you reference in your post, why is the market ignoring the stock then? You constantly tell us how great it all is, then that it is normal to wait on Govt or this or that or the other. There always seems to be a reason for an excuse as to why things (the look and sound very promising) don’t progress towards commercial contacts. Given you tell us all how great the BOD and team are, constant delays suggest a disconnect somewhere in your argument. The RNS at time the retender debacle was announced said they thought it was minor procedural matters which would be resolved quickly - almost 4 months and still waiting. It also introduced the new storyboard of multiple routes to market being pursued - and still we wait. We are told everything will be brilliant once we are connected to the grid, making us believe that isn’t a big deal either. The question to and about you has moved on - Why are you here constantly defending the company and it’s lack of progress. Why won’t you allow a negative word be expressed without feeling the need to put us all to sleep trotting out all the past milestones announcements. Market leaders lead - they don’t sit back and wait for people to invite them through the door. They knock doors down; they shape things; they get things done !! Except for Tlou and it’s great BOD ... | donkey40
24/5/2018 09:06 | Donkey i think the share price will rise by either increase in reserves or offtake. or both.separately i think it is a lower risk company than others in terms of getting a reasonable return if you can wait it out | money4me
24/5/2018 07:27 | Too much focus on the PPA is largely overlooking the main points of the company. 40BCF/426BCF 2P/3P 200BCF/3300BCF 2C/3C They are no small measure and SIGNIFICANTLY underpin the company valuation. Couple that with both environmental and production licences in place £25m MCAP is far too low. There are companies trading on AIM with zero reserves and contingent resources with mere prospective figures capitalised at 3-4x Tlou and whilst imho these may be overpriced it shows the huge difference in current valuations. Companies are also investible based on management track record and performance and Tlou certainly have the calibre and early stage partnerships and institutional backing. Couple that with the above points and the investment is even more attractive. Whilst the PPA is important it is not the be all and end all, it also should not be a resulting factor in the huge discount applied to the gas valuation. Tlou have multiple options for PPA they also have multiple options to go into development and production. With the gas in place there is also the opportunity to create an SPV and farm down/JV for any initial project with the ability to sell straight into market at spot. I am sure most here understand the difference of switching energy tariffs, if w new player came into the grid and offered you a 30% discount to costs while offering a greener alternative would you not take it? Donkey will post here to detract and write any ill informed BS he can. He’s a sad and twisted individual with a vendetta but he cannot argue with facts and those above are only some of the reasons why Tlou remains a largely desrisked and fundamentally undervalued company. | wheniamfree
24/5/2018 06:44 | Donkey preferred PPA is with government and/or BPC which again is related to ministerial approval. I thought you knew all about governments? Any government you deal with isn’t quick, look at the UK - they are worse! New change of PM and ministry, as you have been continually told. Why does it make any difference to you? You aren’t invested so no skin off your nose? Your just here to post dribble and try and annoy investors as you announced however as made clear above, most have you on filter. | wheniamfree
23/5/2018 22:02 | If a PPA was so straight forward as you make it seem to sound - then WTF have they not managed to sign one yet ?! Money4 - not sure if I follow your logic of share price will rise as is a lower risk opportunity v other companies. Could you comment further please. Thanks | donkey40
23/5/2018 21:21 | when are TLOU really going to do anything to move this forward. proving up reserves will take another 6months or more. might see some step up in the share price but look at the result of the RFP shambles. that put a big dent in the valuation of reserves. it is slow going. i am however happy to wait as i personally think that a share price increase will come and is a lower risk opportunity than other companies | money4me
23/5/2018 20:18 | Averyb - since I filtered both the trolls and those who obsessively feed the trolls, who are just as annoying, reading this bb is a speedy affair. About 5 posts over the last 2 days ;) | blomers |
