26/9/2017 07:52 | No dilution is coming here. The company has a strong balance sheet they have recently said they don't need cash and even after exploration costs of seismic and coring they have plenty of cash left in the bank. The funding to develop the project will likely be debt and has again been stated by the company, perhaps it is worth focusing on the facts and news rather than rumour from potty mouth who has no idea what it is he's talking about. | wheniamfree
25/9/2017 21:54 | ok so i see they are providing the 10% funding capability. Perhaps a final sweetner for when good news is due. or could tbey even wait until the share price is higher before issue. that would be nice | money4me
25/9/2017 20:08 | In the future lets hope solar will power the planet In the meantime a combination of energy solutions including CBM will be needed Africa needs electricity now Tlou is on track to meet their needs Cheers Ft ft | ftangftang
25/9/2017 20:04 | No, it's replacing diesel not solar. They're desperately short of power so there will be plenty of demand for solar and CBM gas power. | andrewsr
25/9/2017 20:00 | Read the RNS !!! The business is seeking to issue new Shares for fund raising purposes, which is to be expected anyway for continuing, near-term development purposes. The RNS discloses the dilutionary impact on existing Investors. With the recent progress, it's obvious the Business would need to raise extra funding to progress further, proving that estimated Resources really are there in all licensed areas, etc. Think about the summary provided following submission of the Bid to the Gov... it did infer it included Plans to continue with exploration activities & prove Resources really are there in abundance... that doesn't happen for free. This is all good... the share price may drop a bit in the near-term but assuming all goes well, prospects will improve, Plans can be firmed-up, the Gov can make a better informed decision and lots more pieces of the puzzle could fall into place in time. p.s. I don't have an Agenda, I've researched this and am monitoring it closely, attempting to gauge if/when to invest, based on actual progress and actual Facts & Figures... no gambling involved EVER. | pottermagic2310
25/9/2017 19:02 | Given the climate in Botswana, and the rapid development of solar power and battery storage, is there the prospect of this project becoming uneconomic. | davet1p
25/9/2017 13:36 | what is the 10% based on? | money4me
25/9/2017 13:01 | Your agenda is so transparent pottyResearch the company properly Then you will find out how the project will be funded Tlou is for investors not short term spiv gamblers Cheers Ft ft | ftangftang
25/9/2017 08:42 | 10% dilution on the way imminently then... which was always expected in order to generate development Funds. | pottermagic2310
21/9/2017 22:28 | Just having a look on the research site the interview with GG I mentioned before has been put there, just saw the update on the lse site so thought I'd share here hxxp://tlouenergy.wo | wheniamfree

21/9/2017 10:13 | Looks like end of Feb/March then now before any real action might take place. | pottermagic2310
21/9/2017 08:41 | might keep buying at these levels. at some point this is going north. downside aregovernment say noreserves fail to increase both these seem like low risk though | money4me
20/9/2017 19:05 | Personally I wasn't expecting a major move on the back of an RFP. Yes it is a another stepping stone cleared in the process but until anything is accepted, it is after all only a proposal. As well as that the booms are usually trader led and the sells today are most likely the short termers selling out to look for the next quick buck. Hopefully reserve increases and a positive response to the RFP will see a steady rise in the share price | acrussell
20/9/2017 18:30 | Hmmm ? It's in, official Comms have been permitted... but no BOOM ?????? I don't get it ? | pottermagic2310
20/9/2017 14:07 | the boom has fizzled out. Still steady as she goes | money4me
20/9/2017 12:09 | Sling it potty - who said they wouldn't submit today you clown?! | mgellie
20/9/2017 12:06 | Assuming the Business submits its Tender by tomorrow (to Plan) and any other 3rd Parties also do (or don't), any Comms from the Gov about submissions received, particularly if only this Business responded, could result in a much more significant BOOM in the valuation by the end of the week.... | pottermagic2310
20/9/2017 11:20 | what time do they wake up. will it be an RNS tomorrow or later today | money4me
19/9/2017 22:51 | RNS on its way tomorrow.....should see 10p at least. | adorling
