LOLs !!!!

How come TLOU haven't submitted their fully-formed response/Bid that MUST have been ready by earlier this week ALREADY ?

Just bang it in - the Business has already had months of extra time - it can't improve, send it in, strike first & foremost

Or ??????.......

Understand the reasons however delay does breed uncertainty and demonstrates how easily timelines can slip. A month isn't long but who's to say that in early September there wont be another delay if Kalahari aren't ready. TLOU need some assurance that there wont be any further delays in this regard otherwise as I've seen so many times, impatient PIs will start to see opportunity elsewhere, weigh this up against the increased risk here and seek to protect their capital by selling up with resultant slide in share price

Another month to wait for our 100MW tender then as our competitor does not seem ready to submit.

Word is that the extension granted as Kalahari Energy (also tendering but with no gas pretty irrelevant !) did not finish their homework on time and asked for extension. Government wanting to demonstrate a competitive process so agreed. Not sure what this means for Kalahari as obviously can't look that great when Tlou were ready to submit.Building a stronger case for Tlou IMO

Katie, the CEO gave that figure in one of the VOX interviews, including pro-rata up to $100-150m for 100 MW.

I like the look of those 800,000 buys going through. A total of around £140/150k if I'm not mistaken.

Home brew- I agree with you entirely. There's nothing to be gained by getting an RFP submitted too early as long as you hit the deadline than that's fine.

I'm not expecting an rns until later today or tomorrow. Most rfp responses in my experience are submitted on the due date (ie today) and not before.

Deadline is tomorrow I expect it to come tomorrow there are some photos on Vox showing them signing a mass of paperwork so I'd think it would be that.

As for the resources to reserves - consistent flow tests from selemo (been going on for 12 months now), seismic will show the continuation of the seam, basic core holes can confirm coal thickness and also gas content. Additional reserves VS. be booked on an offtake agreement to show commercial route or sale and also the monetisation they recently did to inject gas straight into their own generators also removes risk and proves the concept. I would assume that the reserve upgrade should be rather favourable.

Good podcast with Tony G but I was surprised not to hear that tomorrow would be the submission date for the 100MW tender - he just said very shortly or imminent which did not sound like tomorrow morning which is the deadline I believe.

Hopefully we will see the RNS at 7:00am to prove me wrong!

Process is getting the independent certifier to certify and he will want to see gas coming out the ground. The seismic just started is to identify drill targets exactly for that and with those results the certifier can analyse them and decideWe know the 3C is discovered its now about showing commerciality via drills etc Timeline id say from now on with results and analysis q4 and q1 2018Meanwhile the RFP is in focus and the speed the govt turned that around an award for 10mw to start could come quickly and thats the catalyst for getting initial power into the grid
