With the doc putting so much money in at this stage I seriously doubt that will happen. You rarely get private rich investors putting this kind of money into a company unless promises have been made and guarantees of returns made...

Dr Campbell has indicated to the Company that he intends to remain a long term strategic investor and has expressed a willingness to potentially provide further financial support to the Company over and above his recent contributions

This is what investors are looking for, seeing the firm working strong to meet targets. This definitely gives shareholders a lot of confidence when someone is buying at a premium price to the market

If anyone doubts where our shareprice is headed look at these two links and decide if Stephen has invested in a 1.5p stock!

Look at the UNH shareprice since 2004 - 18 years ago - and what it is now!
This man has plumped for TLOU as one of his current gambles - the pension fund has risked ridicule for buying at 11p when the price has fallen to less that 2p?

Did either of them bail out? The pension fund went even more overboard and funded us for a few more millions. Stephen almost certainly featured in the UK poles and wires funding @ 3.5p

Are they the actions of investors who value our shares at 1.5p?
If Sotherby's auction a painting at £200m and it does not meet that reserve price, how much is it worth?

Zero? It did not sell?
The highest bid? It did not sell?
£200m? It did not sell?

Apart from a handful of trades from unfortunates, most of TLOU's 600m shares are not being offered.
So what are they worth? A damned sight more than 1.5p I'd say. And more than the 3.5p and more than the 11p?

How much are those links potentially worth?

Donkey - sfa!
Me - the sky is the limit - not a clue but more than the 17p peak when the company was weaker than it is now!
You - ?

Synergen Met IPO timescaleToday 08:49

If they match this IPO schedule with details of a successful prototype then imho the TLOU options could be in the money without any doubts at all.

I got the impression that I had to be an Australian domicile to see the prospectus, so I VPN'd as if I was in Australia and eventually found that being a UK domicile allow me access to the IPO details so I am above board in my dealings now.

I am unsure if I am breaching their terms by passing this schedule on but I cannot see what harm I am doing.
The share price of 20c comes with an excellent option. For every 4 shares acquired , they are giving an option to take 2 free shares at some time in the future. I'll respect their secrecy beyond this post.

Sorry to interrupt the silence, I know it is golden when Donkey shuts his trap!

I posted this on LSE after the resident doom and gloom merchant, Whizzer , resumed his criticism of the board. Donkey , of course , claimed in his round about, non-commital manner, that it is fantasy! The guy should definitely be committed but I guess there is no madhouse in the country that will take him?

That post...
"Whizzer, in December of 2020 , the BOD started the tendering process for poles and wires , and proposed raising 2.6M in good faith in Q1 of 2021 and the cash was forth-coming from UK investors. They got a preferential price to compensate them for not getting any options for those shares , and for the speed , perhaps!

It was bad news for the price because 5p reduced to their 3.5p price , and less thereafter!!!!

The tenders were awarded for poles and wires so all on course for pole, wires, and, potentially extra wells, to improve dewatering. All of this is fact , documented in various RNS.

What has interrupted that plan?????? To some of us , but not all clearly , the partnership with SM, and some interaction with Pure Hydrogen, came out of the blue. The timings are not easy to prove, so there is a 1% chance the 2.6M was raised in the knowledge that it was not going to happen as planned. IMHO it is 99.999% certain the BOD was intent on spending the money as planned.

Precious few of us, commented on the brilliant prospects of using the flared gas with a Hydrogen prototype to start earning cash in 2022 at not much more than zero expense for TLOU! SM require electricity as well as the gas , and TLOU are responsible for the supply of that. Bringing in Solar electricity classifies the Hydrogen as GREEN, and is in future plans, so the timetable for Solar would simply need to be fragmented to introduce enough panels for SM a bit earlier, and funds will need to be found!

To clear the way for SM , work will be necessary on both the gas and electricity supplies, so adding wells locally (for dewatering) might not be helpful?

We await news from Brisbane on SM's progress with the prototype before we know what to do at Lesedi!!!!!
Is that too difficult to comprehend???

My gardening is on hold until the Autumn, that was clearly too difficult for some to understand it seems! Time .... it features everywhere!

Just seen DTE post, HNY DTE, taking his post further, I want to ask Whizzer what price he would accept for his whole shareholding?

Having decided upon his price, I'd then ask him what difference it makes to him if the price is lower? If he won't sell, does it matter what the price is whilst it is below his selling target? That is why the price is immaterial. We will all have different selling prices, and I assume they are all above todays price. "

To finish up 8.6% on the day of the news isn't too bad at all when most 'investors' nowadays tend to sell on news. I can see the chart moving up into the 3's over the rest of this week.

I think the problem Aussie or UK/ European investors have with Tlou / Botswana / Africa is we allapply our type of logic to the investment proposition there.
Unfortunately, the locals see life very differently and that leads to a serious mismatch in expectations.
What should be crystal clear to punters in Botswana is - you need stamina, you need financial capacity, you need patience, you need an endless supply of good humour, you need to be significantly better informed than pretty much any of us have been since 2016 when this ‘next great thing’ kicked off….

And, I don’t care if you believe me or not, but Copper and Nickel and Cobalt are the next precious metal to try make a go of it in Botswana. Possibly also iron ore, but it sadly is a long way from any port - we shall see on that.

CBM had its chance. It had its day and well we all might find that that opportunity had passed by. I sincerely hope not! But one thing is for sure sure - CBM is not going to take over the next energy feedstock supply source in Botswana. The opportunity to make serious money has probably passed us all by; we should now focus on getting our money back as best as possible.

You are simple not entertaining to anyone you fool.
Of all the Tlou investors and the TLOU it is only you that understands how Botswana runs?
Do me a favour! You know more than GG????????????? about howe the country operates!
Why do you think TG employed him? Because he can lift the waste paper baskets in the boardroom?

News out! Oh damn a price monitoring extension. Certainly looking like we are entering a news rich period or a 'noticia rica periodo' for the Spanish investors amongst us. Good weekend all.
