Board Change

TLA Worldwide plc (AIM: TLA), a leading athlete representation and sports marketing business, announces that Bart Campbell has resigned as Executive Chairman and stepped down from the Board of Directors with immediate effect for personal reasons.

The Group has appointed Keith Sadler, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, as interim Non-Executive Chairman. The Company will commence a search for a new non-executive Chairman and will issue a further announcement in due course.

Mr Campbell will continue with TLA up until 31 December 2018 in an executive capacity in order to ensure a smooth transition and successful execution of TLA's upcoming events. In consideration for his services Mr Campbell will continue to receive a monthly salary in-line with his previous arrangements.

Bart Campbell, said: "I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at TLA but it is time for me to focus on some family matters and a less hectic travel schedule will make that possible. I am extremely proud of the people who work in the business and deciding to step down was a difficult decision for me. However, I am stepping down in the knowledge that TLA Worldwide has successfully navigated its historical challenges and now is the right time to refresh the board with a new Chairman. I would like to thank my fellow board members and colleagues for all their time and efforts."

Keith Sadler, interim Non-Executive Chairman, said: "I would like to thank Bart for all his efforts over the past eight years. He is highly regarded within TLA and the industry and as an executive was responsible for developing the Group's events business into a market leading practice. Alongside this he has guided the Company in his role as Chairman which the Board would like to thank him for."
