For me the highlight this week was: recruiting someone of Dr Grahams stature.... At Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ: REGN) Dr Neil Graham was "instrumental" in bringing to market Dupixent, a blockbuster monoclonal antibody product for eczema and asthma, taking it from phase I to launch.He hailed as a potential "game-changer" the ability to deliver antibody immuno-therapeutics both orally and nasally, an approach being pioneered with Foralumab.A man of his calibre saying game changer when he has seen everything and anything gets me very excited.We do have price targets of 11 dollars.

SC, it would be interesting to see whether the absence of AT trades is also prevalent in the US listing...but If it is the case, then there is no doubt that this is being manipulated for a 'Bigger Purpose'...

Hypothetically, if you we're to take into account the low buying and high selling over the past 12 months, a £1k investment in TILS would have made in excess of £10k. Not physically possible, but suggests the large gains made by trading the share for a year.

We speculate Tom based on the potential but I'm just extremely wary of the blatant manipulation in the US and my reasons why which is waning the confidence buddy...Points no problem at all being filtered, you must be well adept but just try and understand why certain situations are transpiring - more than happy to listen to your reasoning.

I have already derisked last week buddy but I'm comfortable with my holding now to see where it goes based on the impending results...but I would be very careful buying at the present levels especially with such disparity in the listings...

Many believe that its the US that needs to 'Catch-up' and have traded on Tlsa unsuccessfully recently but it could quite easily be the polar opposite as they're dictating 'Direction of Travel'.

I think they'll do some form of licencing/collab deal tbh, you know, until they get Foralumab & miciclib into Phase 3

If the share price goes South short term it will be on news, not a random prophecy, longer term the company may require a JV or a buyout to realise full potential, are we missing something?

It will be a 'Big Stretch' by the time the US complete their games!...And the actual price here should be around 1.30 (if not lower) based on both listings...not inviting at current share price
