AGM Wednesday, perhaps they will tell whats happening with rgt as I presume they own it now and all that tax relief. Update on their molecule would be good. Anyone going ?

ISSUE OF CONVERTIBLE LOAN NOTES AND WARRANTS

CHANGE OF REGISTERED OFFICE

London, 17 June 2014 - Tiziana Life Sciences plc (AIM: TILS) (the
"Company"), a UK biotechnology company with a focus on therapeutic and
diagnostic applications for cancer, is pleased to announce that the
Company has issued GBP1,451,472 convertible loan notes ("Convertible
Loan Notes"), which also carry warrants ("Warrants") to subscribe for an
additional 1,995,774 ordinary shares of GBP0.03 each in the capital of
the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

The Convertible Loan Notes carry interest at 6 per cent per annum
payable in Ordinary Shares at the date of conversion. The Convertible
Loan Notes and interest accrued thereon convert into Ordinary Shares at
a conversion price of 24 pence per share and are restricted from
conversion at any time before 28 March 2015.

The Warrants, which have been issued on the basis of 11 Warrants for
each GBP8 of Convertible Loan Notes, contain a right to subscribe for
Ordinary Shares at a price of 32 pence each and are restricted from
exercise prior to 29 March 2015 and subsequent to 28 March 2017.

The proceeds from the issue of the Convertible Loan Notes will further
strengthen the Company's balance sheet and be used for the development
of the Company's intellectual property and for general working capital
purposes.

The Company also confirms that it has changed its registered office
address to 18 South Street, Mayfair, London W1K 1DG.

Aye, I made up my mind to buy a load in the beginning at 28p but didn't ( past experience stopped me) but am in at 39p. Story sounds good so we shall see.

on a whim I sold a chunk of dtg ( lucky as its down to day) and bought some of these. Thought they must be a good one as SS and Mr Gen aren't ramping. lol
