Issue of equity and total voting rights

Leeds, 02 February 2018 - Tissue Regenix Group plc (AIM:TRX) ("Tissue Regenix" or "the Company"), the regenerative medical devices company, announces that it has today issued and allotted 658,081 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company, following an exercise of options which were granted in respect of the 2015, 2016 and 2017 DAB awards.

The 658,081 new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares and application has been made for these new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that Admission will occur at 8:00a.m. on Wednesday 7 February 2018.

Total Voting Rights

Following the issue of the 658,081 new ordinary shares, the Company will have a total of 1,171,649,005 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in issue. The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
