Possibly correct, CP, but in the larger scheme of shareholdings a near quarter of a million shares may be large in numbers, but is not that significant in terms of end value.

My wife is a nurse and she has mentioned before how some wounds are hard to heal and can become long term problems. While not a clinician myself, I do wonder why Dermapure is not flying off the shelves. Having followed its development from the sidelines, it sounds like an exceptionally effective product - as confirmed today and one that is already changing surgeons behaviour. Is it too expensive?

I am waiting for the day this really starts to take off, as I am sure it will.

Sinclair Pharma (SPH) drops US distributor for Silhouette InstaLift end March, by mutual agreement. "Sinclair will pay to Thermi a one-off, undisclosed payment for the early termination and will regain the full US distribution rights for the Products." Why the payment if the termination is mutual? "Advanced discussions with potential US partners are ongoing and we expect to enter into an alternative arrangement effective from 1 April".

SPH: Price=22. Cap=111m. F/C for current FY*: EPS= -1.31, Prospective PE= -16.8, Revenue=NA.

TMK, if you look back through the posts here you will see that some long term shareholders have sold up and decided to sit on the side-lines waiting for what they think is the right time to jump back in - obviously they may think now is not the right time to be invested here, but some time in the future as the company grows might be a better time.

Look at my post 2045 and you will see there is 84.83% of the company shares not in public hands right now, that might tell you something.

Me - I have a decent holding that I am happy to wait for hopefully a nice return, but that does no mean to say I am right - buying stock listed on the AIM is a gamble - some you win, some you loose.

Channel Pirate, So you cannot say in a few words, what is the reason for this stock trading where it is?

I'll do my own research but was just trying to find out from existing shareholders?

You don't seem that sure or confident yourself about this company? If somebody asked me about a stock that I was invested in, I'd be happy to talk about it. Maybe I'm different.

they announced some time ago that they intend to have a capital day for analysts and invesrors and that has been delayed ; with tghe resgnation of ceo and cfo and no news the share price seems in free fall that can only leaves guessing to no bloody avail

............Tissue Regenix also announces its intention to raise gross proceeds of approximately GBP40 million pursuant to a placing of up to 400 million new Ordinary Shares less the number of any Subscription Shares (as defined below) (the "Placing Shares") in the Company at a price of 10 pence per Placing Share, with both new and existing institutional investors (the "Placing").

Some big supporters of the company have seen their investment smashed since they added !!
