Unless a partnership deal can be struck to see meniscus and ligament xenografts through US clinical trials, surely a placing is already on the cards?

What this does demonstrate is the fact that the co are looking to have full control over manufacturing of their product within the US. This is key when taken in the context of some of the historical problems that have been associated with US based human donor tissue.

Makes me thankful that, in the UK tissue donation is under the umbrella of the NHS in the form of NHSBT, and that for now at least, profit motive is secondary.

swiss paul - fully agree - US legal charge and arm and a leg - very much more expensive than Uk lawyers (who are bad enough) Also wonder what TR are going to use for funds ?

Looks interesting. Could change the US set up to TRX's advantage by taking human tissue processing in-house. [It is currently contracted out]

I'd guess the xenograft processing could follow in due course, if required, although the Leeds base is of a size that could handle initial requirements, and physical separation of the two lines is preferable.

I have an idea that many of the tissue processors in the US are so called 'not for profit' organisations [no pun intended]. I think this is something to do with ethical side of donor tissue, but not sure.

Potential Acquisition

Leeds, 19 May 2017 - Tissue Regenix Group (AIM:TRX) ("Tissue Regenix" or "The Group") the regenerative medical devices company, notes the recent application for a temporary restraining order ("TRO") filed by one of the members of CellRight Technologies, LLC ("CellRight") with Bexar County District Court against CellRight, a US regenerative medicine business based in San Antonio, Texas, in relation to a potential sale of CellRight to Tissue Regenix. Tissue Regenix confirms that it is in discussions with CellRight regarding a possible acquisition of CellRight by Tissue Regenix.

There can be no certainty at this stage that the discussions between the Group and CellRight will lead to an acquisition.

A further announcement will be made when appropriate.

Be one heck of a fit if they did buy Cellright! But it's touch and go that Cellright will not get more interest elsewhere.

TRX would have to raise cash perhaps, I don't know how financially set up they are?

But as I say...one heck of a good fit!

I did have a thought that if someone did outbid trx, then that someone might have a go at them also? Just ramblings.🤔

Well! Who would believe it? Where would they get the cash, and are they less than enthusiastic about what they have got?

I'm on their mailing list and initially I thought they had received a bid. But as I'm not holding the shares right now, I'm somewhat relieved!

4 days later and Investor Relations have not replied to my email, so have emailed the same content off to them again. Maybe the person is on holiday and nobody else picks up their emails - just giving them the benefit of the doubt - next week will tell !!!!!

Being a shareholder with a six figure holding it is sad to see some shareholders exiting due to a falling share price and a lack of updates from the company.

This time last year the company had already announced via the market of when it was going to report it’s Accounts & Report for the preceding year. Can you advise me of when we are likely to hear from the company in respect of progress and the last financial years Accounts.

With the company changing their end of year to 31st December from 31st January, one might have thought the end of year Results might have been announced a month earlier this time around.

Last year the company announced on the 20th April 2016 that year end Results would be announced on 23rd May 2016.

This year..................Nothing Yet !!

Weird, unexplained price falls like this, in my (limited!) experience often precedes a cash call, especially in very "leaky" shares. I sold on 22nd March at 15.10p and may buy back if there's no call within a couple of months. I still believe the story, but the market is crowding up somewhat.

Share Price at beginning of the year was 20.5p, and tonight it has fallen to 15.5p, so a 24.39% drop in 3 months. Let's hope we are not going to test the next fib level 'down' !!

I'm puzzled by why the price has dropped back again. Given the forecasts, this will be a very profitable company in time, but perhaps investors are running out of their time in waiting. Yes, it is a long haul, but one that will come through in a positive manner in the next year to two, in my belief. In the meantime, I can just pick up a few more from time to time when weakness, such as now, hits. Averaging down is speculative/tricky/risky, yes; but worth it with TRX, IMHO.
