23/2/2010 09:39 | Thanks, I'll just sit and wait now for Colin to do the business | the bull
23/2/2010 08:59 | Ah - of course.....thnx Alan | skyship
23/2/2010 08:33 | The Bull - your shares were traded on plus - | alanji
23/2/2010 00:31 | Just checked my contract note 100k bought at 2.15p around 10.20am so that 100k not mine shown. Apologies, jumped to wrong conclusion | the bull
22/2/2010 12:04 | I too am looking for a turn around from the "dormant" state of affairs on this one. Sitting on a cash pile for the last 2 years while oppertunities abound seems to be a contradiction of their stated strategy !! I hope they dont have the nerve to take management fees for sleeping on the job !! | curt3
22/2/2010 11:32 | I see my 100K is down as a sell, doesn't that just prove you cannot rely on the advfn buys/sells info | the bull
22/2/2010 10:20 | Just spotted CB having joined the company and as I believe he will turn the company into something, made a little sipp purchase of 100k | the bull
18/2/2010 22:24 | Just need to wait for the action. If they do a reverse takeover then it's likely to be at quite a premium to the current heavily discounted nav. | topvest
17/2/2010 15:37 | Hmmm - the good news looks to have gone pretty well much un-noticed - as yet anyway | skyship
15/2/2010 09:05 | This is indeed excellent news. Bruce Rowan has been milking this company for years without delivering shareholder value. Colin Bird is a capable bloke with a good track record. Topvest - yes, good idea. A liquidation of the portfolio and an RTO for a good African gold project would be a great way forward. | furgus ferret
15/2/2010 07:56 | Yes, it's good news. Looks like Colin Bird is finally going to get this one going. He got a very good price for Kiwara recently, so maybe he's looking for other projects at an opportune time. I wouldn't be surprised to see a reverse takeover here, if they have the right project in mind. | topvest
15/2/2010 07:45 | This HAS to be considered good news for those still in here. At last BR has agreed to stand aside; and I suspect (hope) within 6months he will have placed his stake and gone entirely. Might consider getting back in at some stage. | skyship
18/1/2010 15:58 | GO to sleep Tiger. sleep deep Tiger. Your web page is out of date Tiger. Ridge mining is long long gone Tiger. Sit on your pile of cash Tiger while oppertunities abound Tiger. Give us abreak Tiger !! We are only long suffering shareholders Tiger ! or has somebody died, Tiger ?? | curt3
13/10/2009 20:06 | Gold makes a new high and TIR snooze... | metallica
02/10/2009 10:38 | sorry topvest - but that has been the supposed strategy for the past 4 years!!! what is the point of having small investments in the likes of AFE and saying they believe in it and not topping up in it when holding so much cash. How can they not have found some suitable investment oppertunities over the past couple of years!! there are plenty out their. deal activity over the past few years is minimal and management is either not interested or asleep. comming out of the slump in market about 6 months ago was a golden oppertunity to pick good stocks that had been oversold and TIR should have been in there!! I have held this stock for 5 years and have seen the same bland reports again and again only to be disappointed by its lack of action. | curt3
01/10/2009 21:42 | No...there was a change in tone and direction "Based on the above assessment, Tiger intends aggressively to seek out undervalued investments in base metals and the PGM (platinum Group Metals) sector with a view to taking reasonably sized positions in companies that have good assets backed up by quality management." | topvest
01/10/2009 11:02 | Yet another report full of platitudes and stating the bleeding obvious!!!! Yet another 6 months of glorious inactivity!!! Yet another 6 months with our £3M sitting in the bank EARNING INTEREST!! -while the mining sector has been full of no brainer oppertunities!!!! Bruce, PLEASE what is the point??? | curt3
24/9/2009 13:25 | Just picked up 250K at 2.45p, which was pleasantly surprising. | tiltonboy
15/9/2009 10:32 | Well this is moving nicely. Presumably the AST effect + anything else? | topvest
09/9/2009 18:04 | Let's hope so | stemis
09/9/2009 15:57 | something is happening.... | bskiny1 |
