Good Morning.

Around here it is just a few individuals who do not pick up and get all dog owners a bad name.

Storm seems to be coming but not bad yet, just normal autumn wet weather with a bit of wind but heavy rain....20 to 30mph winds. Not sure my fences will survive another storm - they have been repaired so often. I was going to get new panels earlier in the year but never actually did. Could not find the quality I wanted at a sensible price and stocks were low leaving just the rubbish panels.

Watch as little old person bagged up the poo then threw it in the hedge, thirty metres away was a red dog poo bin. Amazing and we think the young are bad.

Yes it's the same here, certain scum do not pick it up and you have to watch where you step, some morons do bag it but then drop it in alleyways, make sense of that if you can

Rain chill in the air for this not so good afternoon. Big job today is replacing ironing board cover. ( browny points) plant anemone and alliums. Bacon cooking for sandwiches, is the smell the best thing about this or just the expectation of the taste. And then there's the decision about what sauce???

I get my new Makita drill body tomorrow. I have fixed the old one to make it single speed. I have worked out how I managed to get the ball bearing into the gearbox by accident and will not be doing that again. I feel so stupid, but then my stupidity has made me an expert on these Makita drills. My increased knowledge has cost me £25 but I bet it is more expensive to go on a Makita training course. Who is the winner now?? I could have paid 250 quid for a round of golf but spent the time repairing the drill which is way more fun. Yet again I win for low cost entertainment.

This afternoon went for a walk again at Crombie in the woods. Took phone this time and with GPS worked out where we got to and stuck going any further last week... so close to getting out and just one more strip of under growth we would have found a path.
