I have cut my own hair since getting divorced but it has to be a crew cut

LOL no 68.
Did not end up going out this afternoon but cut Mrs J's hair instead and then she went for a shower so I pottered about doing odd things like tidying up the dining room.

Good afternoon thin clouds 16 degrees no wind out side I might add. Good curry and red wine late into the night attempting to put the world to rights. Think it could be the dark chocolate Brasil nuts makes flatulent companions with the wine oh for got the port to. Happy days.

We have a peddle bin, its all the paper and cardboard Mrs J was taking out --- in bits at a time, then went out to feed the birds, then more for the bin. I would not mind if she closed the door or pushed it to...but leaves wide open.

Bright sunny day. Although temperature has only reached 13 degrees. Have winter pansies to put in today. Then out to curry house tonight with family. Some many moons ago we bought a double 30 litre peddle bin for kitchen and this was the answer to the constant doo opening visits. I also fitted self closings hinges on external doors along time ago now.

Good Morning.

Now I have a new power ratchet I am going to have to buy a new set of sockets to put in the case along with it so they are convenient to use.

Feels a lot colder today with a cold wind...wish Mrs J would stop opening the back door to go to the bins.

Morning

That is a good size, the air wrench was a lot bigger and of course had the air hose attached which got in the way

Oh look it's raining, we have floods here so I shall stay at home

It sounds really good, what voltage is it? We had an air powered one many moons ago but it was quite a size so couldn't get in some spaces

Yes stress not good, it's the volume of work, I hardly dare have a day off!

De-stress by playing with a cordless impact wrench. Tried it on a bolt and nut in my vice -- I was not expecting it to be so powerful when it tightened up....oopsie! as the tool swung round. Better grip next time and lower power.
Seems ok and will try it out properly later as busy doing other things just now like finishing polishing the Duster with a duster.

Good morning early birds.
Shame about your job, you need to do something about it as not good to be stressed all the time. Less stress = more productivity, not to mention your health and well being.

From what I read DMF's seem to fail a lot.

Should get my new cordless ratchet wrench delivered tomorrow. Another toy for me to play with.

Yes agreed it's not easy to spot on a diesel engine, I went to inspect a vehicle today, severe engine vibration, diagnosis is dual mass flywheel breaking up

I have taken the motorhome for its first proper drive since replacing the crankshaft pulley. Just tested it before idling and round the block. It is much quieter under load than before and should have been relaced years ago but is one of these sounds that slowly gets worse so you do not notice. I assumed it was diesel knock...but no.
