Afternoon chaps.
Been out to Montrose which was warm and sunny, drove home and is raining. Should have stayed in Montrose for the afternoon.

Not good, but maybe is a result of all the extra walking and you just need to give your calf muscles a rest for a day or two.

A young Scottish lad and lass were sitting on a low stone wall, holding hands, gazing out over the loch. For several minutes they sat silently. Then finally the girl looked at the boy and said, "A penny for your thoughts, Angus.""Well, uh, I was thinkin'. Perhaps it's aboot time for a wee kiss."The girl blushed, then leaned over and kissed him lightly on the cheek. Then he blushed. The two turned once again to gaze out over the loch.Minutes passed and the girl spoke again. "Another penny for your thoughts, Angus?""Well, uh, I was thinkin' perhaps it's noo aboot time for a wee cuddle."The girl blushed, then leaned over and cuddled him for a few seconds. Then he blushed, and the two turned once again to gaze out over the loch. After a while, she again said, "Another penny for your thoughts, Angus.""Well, uh, I was thinkin' perhaps it's aboot time you let me put my hand on your leg."The girl blushed, then took his hand and put it on her knee. Then he blushed. Then the two turned once again to gaze out over the loch before the girl spoke again. "Another penny for your thoughts, Angus."The young man glanced down with a furrowed brow. "Well, noo," he said, "my thoughts are a wee bit more serious this time.""Really?" said the lass in a whisper, filled with anticipation."Aye," said the lad, nodding. The girl looked away in shyness, began to blush, and bit her lip in anticipation of the ultimate request. Then he said, "Ye no' think it's aboot time ye paid me the first three pennies?"

Good Morning chaps.
Looking a bit brighter today. I have not actually been for a proper walk since getting home from the holidays. Maybe today we should go for a decent walk.

Ta.
I take it the walks are on the treadmill.

I quit my job as a treadmill tester,
I just felt like I wasn’t going anywhere.

Crankshaft pulley is replaced. Quite a job getting the old bolt loosened....but is all done and now there is no rattling clunky sound. A job well done if I may say so.

Good Morning.
I think I have just been suffering post holiday blues. Fed up of the bad weather we are having. Today sun is shining but a very gusty strong wind and is cold.

Will I replace the engine pulley today -- we shall see.. I might as well start by taking the protection cowling off which is straight forward and only three bolts.

Yesterday I finally worked out how to get the radio out of the Duster...so I did take it out and sorted the rattling case. Also found a cable resting against the heater housing which could have been a potential source of a rattle. Now all covered in fabric tape and secured. The downside, is the 'secret' panel covering the screws was loose when I clipped it back in... think I sorted it in the end. Will see what happens when the sun next warms it up.

Morning all

Ha I like it, well it's raining all day here so I've done one session on the Treadmill and going back on shortly, I prefer to walk outside but this is ideal for weather like this, now lost four pounds and an inch off the waist

Jonners can pick you up on his way past banjo, bear in mind the Motorhomes brakes will have taken a lot of wear on the recent Europe trip so you may have to run alongside and jump on
