I had for got how tight my friend is. £77.80 came the bill for four ie £38.90 each. Handed my card and thought £45 quid was well ok tight bar stewards friend said take 40 quid a £ 1.10 tip. And they picked the most expensive meals. Should've remembered as many years ago when a group of us used to go to the ninth hole he would be last to the bar. Always used to stop and tie his shoe lace up as others went straight to bar played this trick for many months until one day as he bent down to tie laces to the captain said "you can't pull that trick John you have slip on shoes on. " all laught. | rovi70 | |
