Despite the 4 degrees, now 6, I have washed the Motorhome and scrubbed the roof clean. Because it is oxidised badly by the sun, fibreglass and now 15 years old, the black algae and mossy stuff really gets a hold. Gave in using wash brush and car shampoo and out with the tesco cream cleaner. It worked a treat.

Must have had a lot of salt in it. Soak the gammon in water 1st to reduce the salt before cooking.

Love boiled ham but cannot remember the
last time I had it , was pease pudding the traditional accompaniment?
