11/9/2018 14:01 | Still quite a dramatic drop under low volume. Would be tempted to top up but original buy has today gone under water so will try and ride it out | 5chipper
11/9/2018 13:54 | I know nothing. I see a few round number trades today shown as sells kicking off with 75000. Have heard it said that is typical of a fund reducing, but who knows. My most recent note is of some fund holdings stated 20-24 August following the Tender offer, but no current knowledge. Then they were: Lombard Odier 10.01%; Herald 10.54%; Schroders 20.4%. Way back I read that TechInvest had a positive view. If they still exist perhaps a subscriber is prepared to comment? | hew
10/9/2018 22:34 | Bit of a shake out today? | 5chipper
27/8/2018 19:01 | Deleted - wrong board | hew
24/8/2018 22:01 | And today Schroders hold 20.4%. | hew
22/8/2018 21:19 | I believe their holdings went up by their own actions. | red army
22/8/2018 17:40 | Schipper, I don't have references to hand but my notes say the capital reduction was by 19,675,906 shares tendered (11.92% of issued). The Company intends to cancel these, reducing the number in issue to 145,454,118. Lombard increased their holding by approx. 47% so Cap reduction could only have been a small part of it. (Not worth a post itself, but incidentally, Herald today went up to 10.54% from 9.28%) | hew
21/8/2018 22:03 | Are these holding increases not down to the capital reduction? | 5chipper
21/8/2018 18:28 | Lombard Odier positive: announcement today that now holding 10.01%, up from 6.82%. | hew
21/8/2018 08:22 | Ok, bought a few. Hope i have not joined the party too late. Potential looks incredible over coming years | 5chipper
20/8/2018 11:58 | Nobody seems to have picked up that the port authority of New York are testing these devices for the bus station.https://amer | bprofit
20/8/2018 11:52 | Any new readers here could be mislead about the share price of the relaunched "THRU only" company by the longer term chart above. Following the split off and sale of the Vision side late last year, the effective initial share price of THRU was 15p or thereabouts. So now it is up nearing 50%, rather than being down from the start of that chart. Just a point to note for those perhaps alerted by the recent rise to look in without knowing the history. | hew
15/8/2018 22:24 | You only have to read the outlook statement with their financial statement to realise the full potential here. | red army

Sammy - Trust you did not sell. 4 July 2018 Thruvision Group plc Proposed Tender Offer and Notice of General Meeting Thruvision Group plc (AIM: THRU) ("Thruvision", the "Company" or, together with its subsidiary undertakings, the "Group") the specialist provider of people-screening technology to the global security market announces that it will today publish a shareholder circular (the "Circular") containing, amongst other things, a notice of general meeting (the "General Meeting") for the purposes of approving a proposed tender offer to be made by Investec Bank plc to Eligible Shareholders to purchase up to 47,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 28.46 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares, at a fixed price of 17 pence per Ordinary Share, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Tender Offer set out in Part III of the Circular being sent to Shareholders shortly. 26/6/2018 17:47 | Future promise indeed from the sales, the opportunities and the pipelines. By my crudest of calcs - that no accountant would recognise - if gross profit per unit is £17.5K (from 0.34 x 51K) then to reach operating b/e from an operating loss of £2,524K would need sales of an extra 144 units. i.e. 201 total. If the 54 shipped in H2 does equivalate to 108 in a FY, then 201 should be doable next year if the potential sales happen. That calc basis is far too crude to extend to any further profit guesstimate, but it would be a start. The US TSA deals could be big, and possibly set a global trend. | hew
26/6/2018 08:16 | Fab results, we have real momentum, 2h vs 1h wow. If you remove the cash it is on 1 X revenue | slicethepie
01/6/2018 13:38 | A close above 15p. would be very positive. | red army |
