The directors of Thor Mining Plc ("Thor" or the "Company") (AIM, ASX: THR) are pleased to advise that high grade assay results from field sampling of the Colorado prospects have exceeded the criteria for the first milestone share issue to the vendors of American Vanadium Pty Ltd (AVU).

AVU holds interests in uranium and vanadium focussed projects in Colorado and Utah in the United States of America. The Company announced on 10 September 2020 completion of the acquisition of AVU:

One of possibilities here is wait for results of driling from a few assets. If gold deposit will be found that you can to pay for example for shares 0.5. In my opinion thor has big chance to be like De Grey Mining with price > 1$. That is Pilbara. I wish similar chart like here.

Samples and 6 old gold mines and everything is clear. Thor is 100% owner and if is gold deposit like Havieron or similar that shares will be worthy a lot money.

Kapunda has also gold with copper plus great another assets.

Great news. Gold is found also on flanks and that is fantastic. There is chance to do big discovery with a few milions ounces of gold. Good idea for me is to wait for 100mln mcap and entry small investment funds.
