22/10/2019 11:56 | Anyone remember this post? --- JohnCasey19 Oct '19 - 23:37 - 5348 of 5364 0 0 3 rumour placing higher than price now...get in monday ------- The price rose after that post, when anyone that understands the market knew Thor weren't going to be able to lace at a premium! What it did do was provide the 'discount' to attract punters in of course! | andy

22/10/2019 08:53 | Good assets but rubbish management. Assets valued at about GBP 12m versus market cap at 0.26p when placing is complete , GBP 2.7m | jungmana
22/10/2019 08:42 | This is almost as bad as KIBO in the destruction of Shareholder value. Still I am sure it'll get a whole lot worse yet. | yidarmytom
22/10/2019 08:10 | So, if MTR only signed up for £45k and MB et al could only scrub together another £25k, who is taking the rest of the shares? I can't see a queue forming... | abrahe00
22/10/2019 08:06 | That's a pretty damning statement from a major shareholder... | abrahe00
22/10/2019 07:42 | Michael McNeilly, Chief Executive Officer of Metal Tiger, commented:"We are deeply disappointed with the performance of Thor and have maintained our pro-rata holding in order to protect our investment. We see Thor management (excluding Mark Potter who was only recently appointed) as having failed to deliver on their targets and believe that it is essential that cost cutting measures are taken urgently in order to reduce Thor's ongoing administrative costs. We do believe there is investment value that can be realised from Thor and agree that drilling at Bonya could improve the viability of Molyhill and is therefore important. We also believe that management needs to actively start considering new strategic assets to help drive shareholder value and improve market sentiment." | jungmana
22/10/2019 07:39 | MTR rns confirming its purchase in the offer, and slagging off the existing management.. | owenga
22/10/2019 07:23 | Few days? Few hours:) | paleje
22/10/2019 07:12 | Well I think in a few days you lot too could have opportunity to throw good money after bad at 0.2p. Total disgrace to Mick and the entire crew | jungmana
22/10/2019 06:58 | They only believe in what's right for them, abrahe00. MTR partaking but didn't say how much. I looked at Ray's derisory purchase, 5k worth, but then thought if he'd bought the same number of shares in Spring last year it would have cost him 100k:) Must be one of the worst performers in an admittedly devastated sector. | paleje
22/10/2019 06:34 | I think it's an absolute disgrace. Just 2 months ago they tell the ASX that they are finded for the next two quarters, and yet, here we are, a fund raise at a massive discount. They should've done this back in January when the share price was nearer 1p. And, to rub salt into the wound, the directors are picking up very cheap shares at a huge discount and making it sound as if they're doing us a favour! If they truly believed in their own bs, why didn't they buy shares on the open market? | abrahe00
22/10/2019 06:33 | Spot on... "sleveen 18 Oct '19 - 09:18 - 5344 of 5350 MC of £2m, to raise £0.5m implies 25% of MC. So any placing is going to be at least 0.2p. IMHO" | sleveen
19/10/2019 22:37 | rumour placing higher than price now...get in monday | johncasey
18/10/2019 11:30 | This has gone down by over 99.5% since 2011. | bsg
18/10/2019 11:14 | Funny how history keeps repeating itself... Below from anotehr THR thread going back 4 years! Not much has changed, despite Mick's protestations to the contrary... ==================== bsg16 Jun '15 - 08:53 - 687 of 695 0 0 0 Next placing ... 2,100,000,000 shares @ .00025p to follow the progression. CHESTY116 Jun '15 - 09:02 - 688 of 695 0 0 0 This has been a dog for years now.... VISH6516 Jun '15 - 16:33 - 689 of 695 0 0 0 Think all those "sophisticated investors " re previous placings no longer feeling so sophisticated Moly funding still seems way off to me with more drilling needed as concerns over life of mine and capital risk. Bloody useless. bdbiometric16 Jun '15 - 16:55 - 690 of 695 0 0 0 Added some more to average down ? richgold197116 Jun '15 - 19:27 - 691 of 695 0 0 0 I agree, if funding for mollyhill was forthcoming, they would have hold off on placement. The share price will not rise on any drilling results, as the BOD has lost the trust of shareholders by diluting the f@&! Out of their shares for 3 years Archie Meads16 Jun '15 - 19:35 - 692 of 695 0 0 0 Annual remuneration running at about 25% of m/c now. About right? | abrahe00
18/10/2019 08:39 | bsg, I agree, they're clearly not aware of the forthcoming placing, which will almost certainly be discounted, IMHO. Someone just bought at 0.3, let's hope for his sake the placing is higher than 0.2p! | andy
18/10/2019 08:18 | MC of £2m, to raise £0.5m implies 25% of MC. So any placing is going to be at least 0.2p. IMHO. | sleveen
18/10/2019 08:11 | Can't believe the buyers at the moment. They've obviously missed last nights RNS. | bsg
18/10/2019 07:53 | @lazygun: I'm not in favour of "shares for salary" schemes as all that inevitably does is dilute shareholdings further. I'd rather they were paid a fair salary but then buy shares on the open market to demonstrate faith in their own company. Alas, mick has gotten too used to the cushy lifestyle at the expense of shareholders over the past 12 years or so. I doubt he's about to turn over a new leaf by putting some of his own money into this new placing. I suspect MTR will take a sizeable chunk of any new shares. They will also want to average down on their 14p warrants... Let's see... | abrahe00
18/10/2019 07:48 | Full ask now @ both THR & KAV for that 100k - Next ones higher? | cpap man |
