Result of AGM and confirmation of Dividend

ThinkSmart announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held today, all of the resolutions tabled in the notice of meeting were duly passed by shareholders.

Following shareholder approval today for the return of capital of up to A$8million, the Directors have confirmed that the intention is for the return of capital to be no less than A$7million. The timing of the distribution will be announced following receipt from the Australian Taxation Office of a draft Class Ruling determining the Australian income tax consequences of the return of capital.
