29Palms APT seem to be ahead of the UK in respect of their regulatory process. I have seen it referred to quite a bit in the financial commentary and their submission was dated 6/2/20 to the Payments Policy department of he Reserve Bank of Australia. Of particular interest will be the comments in this respect in the next trading update. Uk investors in TSL seem to have been unaware of this and have been spooked by previous regulation of the High interest unsecured loan sector

They have proved popular with younger shoppers - particular by offering a cheaper way to try before buying or returning. Use of these services rose fast over the course of the pandemic. Estimates suggest £4 in every £100 currently spent in the UK uses buy now, pay later.

Ending my involvement with this share here on grounds of regulatory risk. We all know about regulatory risk here but once the noises start getting louder, it does end up questioning our risk tolerances to a larger and larger extent, particularly in light of the whopping big moves higher here. If AfterPay hadn't run away to some lofty valuation, it could be different. It's all relative, but regulation risk is beyond my tolerances now. Stick to the rules, they have served well over the years. I don't think I will be able to nip in and out of this because the spread is often too wide and gaps (depending on the movement of APT and the ASX) add a further complexity which results in an unsustainable profitable trading strategy for quick ins and outs. In this bullish market, AfterPay could add another 30% in a week - who knows how high things will go but that's a wrap here. Hope it ends up alot higher and you get a nice takeover too! All the best folks! All imo DYOR

TSL`s value is more weighted to that of APT.

I don't necessarily think that this is a bad thing and could have a positive impact on clients and their credit ratings due to the extremely low default rates. I note that APT is up 8% today.

Using ST formula based on APT current price, sum of parts now around £1.35. I agree, expect an update soon.

Looks like it has gone through the recent high to breakout. I can't work out where the sell point is on this share. It's almost like we're trading the ASX and the rampant markets with AfterPay moving with bullish indices. Keep lobbing in bits into these spikes is the norm with the strategy over here. I can't see how the indices can continue on a rampant march without a major correction soon. Perhaps the majority are just waiting for the end game? All imo DYOR

Sogo Thank you for your help. Two years is another country so anything could happen. APT is big , expanding, of its time and at some point one hopes will make a profit.
