I dont hold enough to make it worthwhile, i managed to buy sub 4p
so i'm still hopeful of at least my money back here but i can understand
the fustrations of longer term holders.

ps..i'm a bad tempered person on this site alone, probably best if i didnt
go to any meeting, i dont think i could sit there and not give these
people a load of grief !

I'm up for it, davidosh (though I guess you might have taken that as read :0)).

IIRC PaulyPilot is also a holder (or did he wisely sell out?). He might be up for giving the "tyres" a bit of a kicking. ;0)

Not to mention the fact that we are already a month past the year end so results should be known and shareholders should receive an update so that we are fully aware of what we may or may not be agreeing to with the proposed corporate action.

The Agm was an embarrassment but we really need another one to extract answers from those responsible for this mess. Why not set a date for a meeting at the HQ and request directors and advisors to be present ?

How many here would attend ?

There were only seven of us at the AGM so pointless if you are all going to moan here buy stay away from serious involvement when needed.

The rush is this share could have tripled in this market while for some reason only known to the management they suspended it.

Yet still not a single word. Did not reply to e mails or calls.

I did speak to Craig Dixon yesterday, but the only 'news' was that they are hoping to make announcement as soon as possible.

Lets hope we all live long enough to see the share return to market. Maybe that's the plan take 50 or 60 years then shares free?

Rumour in todays Telegraph that Danson is going to bid for Huveaux in which he already holds 22% (throgh Estel Property Investments). Any chance that Huveaux are the target of TMN?

Incidentally we are already nearly in June and the year end was April. At this rate we will be due the finals before any further information is going to come out. We need those figures if we have to make a decision on any deal.

I spoke to Investec the NOMAD today who advised that it may be a couple weeks before any announcement is made as due dilligence etc is still proceeding

I hope all shareholders will not forget have we have been treated by the Board and management during this period when we are asked to approve the remuneration report, accounts and election of directors.

Hearing a strong rumour that signiicant change at the top of executive management is on the cards. Strong, respected and knowledgable leadership has been required for some time. Hopefully a deal is close and we'll see some positive developments.

This would be well over 10p now. Mind you no deal and the shares return to market it has a lot of making up to do compared to its piers.

Based on even a 2p EPS, and in a market that is still in long term stuctural growth, I don't see how the share price could be below 10p. I do have a personal interest - having sold all of my holding at 80p and 50p, I bought a few days before the suspension at below 3p. Option money really - could be a fivebagger or worthless - good risk/return ratio.

Heres hoping that the company isn't stolen from us in an underhanded deal - either an undervalued MBO or a reverse takeover that undervalues the quoted business.

They have made around 5p eps last two reports, they issue a warning
but cost cutting will make up some of the shortfall, bet they would
still have made 2p+ eps so the shares would still have done well in
this market, agree it's shocking that nobody says anything, just announce
what we all know that there is no deal and go back to business, let the
shares return from suspension, not that bothers if they return at a lower
price as they will quickly recover in this market.
