05/8/2017 16:12 | What is the poison pill here? Can't see anything at a very 1st cursory glance. What puts me off badly, before even spending a serious amount of time on this, is that management are not actively buying shares even at this very low apparent valuation. £9k over the last 12 months ish is pretty unconvincing. Heck, if I was inside the business, and I thought the business was quality, and the markets were valuing it at the low side of high-end single digits earnings, I'd be buying at EVERY opportunity, and I'm pretty sure the market would follow. That they aren't is a serious concern. | dan_the_epic

24/7/2017 07:26 | Seems to be some RNS issues today, so I'll post today's update The Mission Marketing Group plc Trading update and notice of results The Mission Marketing Group plc ('the missiontm', or "the Group" AIM: TMMG), the marketing communications and advertising group, today issues a trading update for the six months ended 30 June 2017. The Board is pleased to report that trading is in line with expectations and, for the first half of 2017, we again expect double digit growth in headline profit before tax. The Group's net debt fell £2.0m after making acquisition consideration payments totalling £3.7m in the period, reflecting strong working capital inflows. Net debt was £9.3m at 30 June 2017 and the Group's leverage ratios (the ratios of net bank debt and total debt to EBITDA) again reduced during the six month period and remain comfortably within the limits set by the Board for these key performance indicators. In common with recent years, we expect our results for the year to 31 December 2017 to again have a significant bias towards the second half and we look forward to further progress over the remainder of the year. The Group expects its interim results, for the six months ended 30 June 2017, to be announced on 21 September. | dr biotech

11/5/2017 14:36 | This is simply much too cheap on almost all measures IMO. OK in an absolutely ideal world you'd have a ptbv discount, but given the acquisitions and the nature of the business, they're always stuffed full of intangibles. This is still way cheaper than its peers and whilst the balance sheet isn’t as strong as you'd like, it is improving - and they are VERY cheap on earnings & expect growth this year. Understandably, the Long Term Incentive Plan is unpopular but the target price for the options at 75p is kind of "N/A" AFAIAC. However, a share price of around 65pps (with a corresponding P/E of around 8 and falling) looks much more reasonable IMO; at which the anticipated yield (currently 4.2%) would be 2.77%, so still not unreasonable and only marginally behind the sector average. | gingerplant

20/4/2017 14:18 | Price movements here are often spikey and random. I'm happy it's up on this occasion but I won't read anything into it. | dr biotech

20/4/2017 12:58 | interesting spike today, despite earlier sell in IC? I wonder whether this will as it languishes be a target? DYOR | qs99
31/3/2017 20:09 | Headline about the figures hiding a multitude of sins. Seems to point to lack of organic growth ( or clarity about it) I've not read the whole article though. | dr biotech

30/3/2017 16:33 | As has been the pattern for some years, up on the news then down for no apparent reason in the days after. Have to wonder if this will ever breakb45 let alone 50... | dr biotech
23/3/2017 10:15 | Finncap; Once again, management has demonstrated its ability to deliver consistent growth. Our two-year forecast profile implies a further 20% growth in profitability accompanied by strong cash generation. However, the stock continues to sit at a significant discount to its peers, which on a current year EV/EBITDA basis is now 38%. We raise our target price to 66p following the introduction of a 2018 forecast, implying 57% upside, which would effectively halve the peer group discount. | davebowler
23/3/2017 08:39 | No hidden surprises - as we all know these were telegraphed in the IMS. Optimisitic forward looking statement though. Long term hold for me too | dr biotech
23/3/2017 08:33 | Well nice results and outlook again....still holding and waiting! | red_shed2000
22/2/2017 10:45 | If they get the share price to 75p they are welcome to the shares!!! | red_shed2000
22/2/2017 09:59 | In a thinly traded, lowly rated company such as this a decent buyback program might even be able to create the vesting conditions (over 75p for 15 days) :-) | cockerhoop
22/2/2017 09:59 | The usual problem with these schemes if that if the target is too challenging then it can actually become de-motivational (if such a word exists), as some affected parties see it as 'income' lost. | pj 1
25/1/2017 09:14 | Perhaps yesterday's low was the floor. Let's hope so anyway. | dr biotech |
