PRAIPUS - this has drifted out to a 14 discount - from memory not a very liquid portfolio but even so would have thought that the discount should be in single figures territory given the wind up programme - any views?

Got a few CW. justifications were to balance existing VOD holding and possible dhsrholder protection offered by Newton Investment Management being on the register.

Quite a few of these "potential" offers about at moment but not all good news though, like the ETO(MVI) rumoured takeover :(

BHMG seems to generate quite good returns, but is very volatile. The others are more consistent.

And you might like to consider Goldman Sachs Dynamic opportunities - GSDO.

Dexion Absolute and Dexion Trading are worth a look...

Super low-risk, market neutral and a good cash-park alternative is Blackrock Absolute Alpha (unit trust). Manager is impressive.

Do you know of any other quoted hedge funds. I have also been looking at Brevah Howard Macro Fund symbol BHMG but decided to invest in this one as a main holding as it is a fund of funds which should be less risky. When i have more cash availiable i am going to invest in the BH fund.

I agree, just got some new funds in my SIPP and have parked them here. They seem to have a good track record.
