03/9/2015 11:58 | Since early June Fortress have, per RNS's, sold 25,000, 200,000 385,000, 100,000, 100,000, 50,000, and 35,000 for a total of 895,000 still hold 2.3 million. Meanwhile Chairman in same period has bought 50,000 and 200,000 at 58p then 75,000 and 50,000 at 51p totalling 375,000 -- so at current share price of 44p he is down quite a bit. He now has 3.5m or 14%. Lost quite a bit myself on these as they collapsed but back in now at 44p - hard to see it going any lower unless Interim is a mess. | puku
25/8/2015 19:54 | I think he was referring to Fortress; I recall they sold some of theirs just before he posted. | janeann
25/8/2015 19:52 | RBonnier, "Huge seller with 12% to dump" must be either New Fortress Finance Holdings Ltd, Duncan Soukup, or THAL Discretionary Trust. Care to say which? In fact, looking at the recent RNS, New Fortress are already below 10%, so unless you made a mistake, that means the 12%+ holder is either Duncan Soukup, or THAL Discretionary Trust. | gnnmartin
25/8/2015 09:25 | So not a great prediction then...... Price now below Soukup recent purchases (51p) and cash on balance sheet (45p). Forecasts (fwiw) are that Thalassa will be profitable this year | stemis

23/6/2015 06:10 | Soukoup picked up another 200k. 58p looks like the price he's been buying at.That's 250k now since the results. | jmf69

11/6/2015 13:29 | Yep, moving nicely up on low volumes, indicating a lack of available stock.. | rivaldo
11/6/2015 10:30 | Follow his lead - I've been adding here too, although difficult to buy in any great volume without moving the price! | itchycrack
11/6/2015 08:46 | Soukoup picked up 50k shares yesterday at 58p. Good to see | jmf69
11/6/2015 08:45 | Chairman bought 50k shares yesterday: | protean

10/6/2015 12:00 | "Thalassa Holdings has had in its own words ‘an annus horribilus’ last year but the bad news definitely contained some silver linings according to the company. Now ‘quietly confident’ of life of field projects they consider themselves to be ‘in rude health’ and well positioned to capitalise on improving market conditions and increased demand in its core areas of operation. Thalassa did have a truly horrible year last year and will be glad to be in slightly calmer waters now, a big fan of the company like others we have had to weather the storm but I am hardly going to lose my belief now when the dawn appears to have overtaken the darkest hour as they say…" | protean |
