Questor has offered buy rcommendation in ST saying PE is 17 compared to 18 for sector average. Off the back of strong forward order book they expect revenue to increase from 82m. euro to 124m over next 3 years. Profits up to Euro 20m. from current 8m.

My rough calculations show PE dropping to just over 9 in 3 years time - not wildly exciting at the moment but future contract wins could alter this dramatically. In the short term these may have further to drop.

My thoughts exactly, as ever it's all about the timing. It will probably take a nice contract RNS or a brokers note to create some interest once the selling is done.

Once the weak pre IPO holders have finished selling this could start to get interesting - may have to wait a month or so though.

Any takers yet.
Why on earth would you price them this high. It is all relevant but this must seriously put people off.

One lump of 1347 shares on the offer, not normally an amount that seems significant, a bit different at £130 per share!

Looks like this one is not going to fly out of the blocks. Still can't understand why they priced as they did.

Just watched the CNBC interview, sounds interesting. The thing is, the story and future growth sound great, the question is at what price are you buying the good story?

Anyone know anything of forecast profits, PE etc. Too much of a blind punt at the moment for me.

Indeed ,not exactly an aid to liquidity. I Reckon that they want to keep PI's away by pricing at such a level therefore keeping costs down by having only a few big names as shareholders.

Pity really.

From The offer Doc:
TGE will incur a loss of approximately A26 million (on a pro forma unaudited basis) on completion of the MBO Sale
Agreement. This loss is not yet recognised in the audited financial statements or the unaudited interim
financial statements in Part 4 of this document as of 31 December 2007. Please refer to the pro forma
statement of net assets in Part 5 of this document.

I am invested in KENZ and looking for a re-entry in HMS. was researching this today. its abit overpriced at the IPO. I dont like businesses that place heavy reliance on a few key customers. If you look at the previous financial records 75% of the turnover came from just 3 customers. Add the risk that there is no guarantee that these customers will continue to deal with TGE in the future. If any of the major customers of TGE fail to deal with TGE its operations and profits will definitely become affected. Will keep an eye on it though

These are going to be placed at £130 pounds a share - yes thats 1 3 0 pounds...!

Very very very odd

Admission doc is in the Investor Relations section.

130 quid ffs! Who do they think they are? Berkshire Hathaway?!?!

I know its all relative but surely going to put most people off.. it certainly has me as i cant get past the price to even bother to properly read the prospectus...
