portside just looking at the fundamentals ie 41M TO vs MC or under 7M and in the divi it looks very promising. Divi is payable in June btw so anyone buying now will be entitled. The last results indicated that there were some large orders to be finalised as well so that could give some added impetus.

Sorry if that sounded arrogant or pompous or patronising. It was not intended to. (I was about to go out.) I grant the borrowing could be viewed as paying all 5 things. I'm really just pointing out that the borrowing rise is quite likely to reverse next year and the underying results were really quite good and a bit better than one might guess from PTP and EPS. I hope for a higher dividend next time.
