Still going up after the ex-dividend. Seem to be building up a head of steam. I presume the weak £ and strong UK manufacturing environment will be doing no harm to H2 numbers.

Nice to see the occasional price move. Perhaps the terrible liquidity is improving as the market cap rises. Should be at least £2 on a cashflow basis. Only down at these levels due to lack of coverage,

Record equalling jump on manufacturing PMI. Https://www.markiteconomics.com/Survey/PressRelease.mvc/b2d9d18dacd14cb3a1c6b7836894b80f Underpinning the scaling up of production volumes was a marked increase in the level of new work received. New business rose at one of the quickest rates in the year so far, as companies benefited from improved inflows of new work from both domestic and overseas clients. There were also reports of stronger demand, product launches and clients committing to new and previously postponed contracts.

64.5p of dividends in past 10 years is pretty good going, though, so you can't really say shareholders are suffering.

Absolutely crony directors non independent directors incestuous rental agreements between private and public compsnies controlled by chairman ceo . How this is allowed is a disgrace.

Results out.... Happy with progress, some issues but in the main an undervalued company imv. Interim dividend increased to 2.5p.....Order book in excess of £7000000...A great long term hold.

in spite of the burrows crony board paying out 1million in cash weakening the balance sheet could be a target for a growing business Coral comes to mind.

Is the Plastics division, after substantial recent investment, possibly worth £10 million ?. Could it attract an offer? Is this (apart from dividend taxation) an underlying reason for the special dividend? If so this would be the exit route for Burrows. Substantial Plastics special dividend c 100p, Burrows bids for rump. In the process the Pension Fund is neutralised. Everybody is happy.
