Previous auditors report on 2018 account devastating in findings..
Price bailey not adequate for role in auditing a listed company .
The board needs to resign or bid again to take private.
Alternatively merge with another business diluting influence of concert arty and new blood on board.

This is now a travesty.The board needs to reform around a new independent chairman with a strong CEO and recognition that the burrows group has a legitimate interest in board representation.
Alternatively take private with a bid to buy out other shareholders.
Panel should determine that concert party needs to make such an offer.

A second update indicating a record order book. However,still no detail given for why they are struggling to comply with relisting requirements.

The Company applied for the restoration of its listing in early December 2019 and is currently responding to matters raised by the FCA.

Shares have now been suspended for 8 months.A complete lack of communication from what must be the worst board of any listed company.

They will be aware of any concerns of FCA so answer is disingenuous.

I contacted Tex Holding via their website form, the response today was
“
Application has been made for the shares to be relisted and we are awaiting the response from the FCA.

I can confirm the move from a Premium to a Standard listing has occurred.”

Shareholders need to know,
Has the loan been provided and on what terms.If not is business trading whilst insolvent.
What is position of regulator vis a vis relisting.
The share price is completely misleading and makes a mockery of this company,s board and their duty to shareholders in general.

In my experience applications for relisting do not normally take so long
Unless question of suitability.

Or quite properly the authorities are taking view that the governance of this Group is unsuitable for a listed company and more suited to private sector.

The application for the relisting has been made. It has to be considered by the relevant listing authorities. Hopefully they will speed the application but we all know how quickly the bureaucrats move. No reason to believe that the requote will not proceed imo.
