I don't recall if the exact detail of the loan date was provided but I would imagine the transaction will need to have been completed for the company to relist next week.

The order book needs to be profitable.
The interest and rent to le bas will decimate profit.
Has the advance been provided or have I missed the announcement.

In light of the trading update, we should be headed back up to £1 but who knows what the market will make of the carry on this summer.

In summary, the Board is pleased to announce that the Group currently has a record order book in excess of GBP12 million, part of which will be delivered in 2020. The Board remains confident in the ongoing trading performance of the Group.

Pursuant to the Listing Rules, the date of transfer of listing category must not be less than 20 business days after thepassing of the Resolutions. The Board proposes to apply as soon as possible for the transfer to be effected and so, subjectto the passing of the Resolutions and agreement by the FCA, it is anticipated that the date of transfer will be on or around 12November 2019. TheOrdinary Shares will, on completion of the Proposed Transfer, continue to be traded on the Main Market, but under the designation“Listed: Standard”.

Aleman - the call was unsolicited and due to poor landline connection I didn't catch the details given by the caller. It turns out he was genuinely chasing up votes. I have been 'offered' a large multiple of the listed price for a thin trade stock before by a scammer so jumped to conclusions. Having said that, I'm quite sure we are being taken out on the cheap.

That was mailed out about two weeks ago. It's odd if you only just got it. How do you link that to your unsolicited approach/phishing thing?

Has anybody else had an unsolicited approach citing txh? I doubt that my holding is that significant but i have been called and wonder just what it is all about? I suspect it might be phishing so can anyone enlighten me.

It actually sounds very good. Though big capex, increased orders, and reduced costs don't always translate into profits, it's a lot more promising than some other possibilities. And don't forget a slight reduction in admin expenses from dropping to a standard listing. Now let's see if they can ever string more than one half of good trading to another - and get the results audited on time!

The cost of the financing is double what it should be for a company with this asset base and with a proper board.
A merger or takeover at between 50/75p price would be a better deal for non concert party shareholders who in my opinion will be effectively wiped out in voting and financial terms.

If corporate governance is to have any relevance most if board if not all must be defined as dependent and most have served more than 9 years.FCA should insist on wholesale board changes as a prerequisite for any listing.
