26/3/2018 13:38 | ffs buywell - the disparity is that one sells groceries in the UK and one sells tractors in the US, nothing to do with the charts. (TSCO) Tractor Supply Company. Exchange: NASDAQ (TSCO) Tesco PLC. Exchange: LSE | langy_1

25/3/2018 19:53 | They won't want to spook their staff and they do appear to like helping WPP-Kantar's bear case but I suspect the Germans are making hay while the sun shines and will disappear at the first tariff. Aren't they just leasing shops and distribution in the UK? Where are the manufacturing facilities? | nerdlinger
25/3/2018 14:29 | If a company puts its customers first will mean it becomes a more profitable company which benefits its share holders. What I see when it comes to public companies is how too often the directors put themselves first, making as much money for themselves as they can however bad their actions are for the company and not caring about either the customers or the share holders. Also there are too many public companies that are mismanaged by their directors because they do not really have a clue on how to compete in the current market place and do not really know who their customers are, M&S and their clothing is a very good example of this. Another good example is how some years ago British Airways set up their own 'No Frills' discount airline 'Go' using a fleet of old B737's transferred over from BA. to compete with Ryanair and Easy Jet. Within just 3 years BA run Go was unable to compete so was sold off to Easy Jet because BA are not a lean mean fighting machine of a company, they are bloated and full of bureaucracy and do not know how to compete with the discount airlines. Nerd - In my opinion Brexit will make little to no difference when it comes to Aldi and Lidl importing most of their non-perishable goods from the EU. | loganair
25/3/2018 14:26 | "Britain’s departure from the European Union had not changed the company’s plans, Neale said." easy to say that but the Germans appear to import most of their non-perishable goods from the eu | nerdlinger

16/3/2018 10:21 | Yes rather strange market. I also checked Bloomberg which superficially showed nothing about TSCO .Shares traded this AM appears to be 13.5 m according to advfn.
